From the owner

The flat is located on the first floor of a small resort seconds away from Playa Del Inglés. The resort has two climatized pools: one adult and one children pool surrounded by tropical gardens. The resort is very quiet and location is superb: by the beach and close to nice shops, restaurants and bus stop.

The flat has been recently renovated totally, so the flat is completely brand new. It has an extension of approximately 50 square meters and it has plenty of luminosity and ventilation. The flat consist of a fully equipped kitchen; a living room with a sofa bed, 50"TV, DVD player, fiber optic unlimited WiFi, air conditioning system; a bedroom with a king size bed, two windows with blinds and a fitted wardrobe; a bathroom with a large walking shower and a large balcony with a table and chairs ideal to have breakfast enjoying a wonderful relaxing view of the swimming pool and gardens. The swimming pool has a minimum temperature of 25º all the year round, because is heated during winter.

Ideal apartament if you also need to work thanks to the high speed unlimited wifi.

We can provide personal pick up service from and to the airport for as low as 35 euros each way.

Why can't I call Alexis (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alexis (the owner) a message.

If Alexis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
