Appartamento con n.2 camere da letto e terrazza a 200 metri dal mare di Playa Del Ingles, in zona residenziale, completamente ristrutturato anche negli impianti, con ripostiglio e bagno nuovissimo con enorme colonna doccia. Posto al secondo piano. Piscina condominiale a disposizione. Non è ammesso fumare in casa ma solo su aree esterne.

Si richiede massima cura e pulizia nell'utilizzo dell'appartamento e dei suoi accessori.

“Vacaciones ideales”

El apartamento es increible, con todo lo que puedas necesitar, además tanto Pietro como su familia que son las personas encargadas del piso, son muy atentas y personas encantadoras. El complejo está muy bien cuidado, y la piscina estaba ideal. Volveremos a repetir con total seguridad

“Fantastic apartment”

This apartment complex is very safe and secure and everything is within walking distance. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment, as are the shops and all kinds of restaurants. There was also everything we needed in the apartment, however there was no hairdryer so if anyone needs one they need to take it with themselves. We strongly recommend it for others and will definitely go back in the future if we can.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
