Overlooking the sea, just a minute or so from the beach on the established fringe of Playa del Inglés Gran Canaria, this delightful & very private apartment offers perfect holiday accommodation for two people with separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, full bathroom with shower and furnished terrace. The full floor to ceiling picture windows in lounge & bedroom afford fantastic panoramic sea views and the patio style door opens on to the large balcony, great for eating al fresco, drinks, or sunbathing. The apartment has the advantage of not being overlooked. Now with own FREE WiFi, and top of the range, 32" television
Everything provided for comfort
We have recently installed a luxury fully fitted kitchen, with full size electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and automatic washing machine. Crockery, cutlery and glassware, pans and cookware, cafetiere, toaster, everything down to the necessary corkscrew. Incidentally an iron and small ironing board are also provided.
There is a DVD player with a built in digi-box which provides English speaking programmes as well as German, Spanish and Italian channels and an excellent selection of English DVD films and music CDs, together with a fine selection of holiday reading paperbacks (English only).
The newly refurbished bathroom has walk-in rain & power shower, toilet, fitted washbasin and marble vanity unit and hairdryer.
The bedroom has full size sliding door wardrobe with built in shelves and a king size double bed. The balcony can be accessed through patio style sliding doors. All high quality bed linen and personal towels are provided, but we ask that you bring (or purchase) beach towels for the pool or beach.
The balcony is the full width of the apartment offering plenty of space with table, chairs, sun loungers and a clothes-airer, yet still leaving sufficient room for sunbathing on the loungers provided
Quiet, tranquil yet not far from lively bars and restaurants
The apartment is on the four floor affording splendid views of the sea, but as there is no lift perhaps it is not suitable for wheelchair users or those who find it difficult to climb stairs.
The exclusive apartment complex is surrounded by mature well-tended gardens with solar powered heated swimming pool. The gardens have plenty of loungers and sunshades needed for complete relaxation. Most of the apartments in this small select development are privately owned and the ambiance is one of tranquillity, in the company of mature couples. Entry to the garden and the apartments is through a secure permanently locked gate for which you will have a key. The apartments and gardens are ideal for a those wanting peace and quiet and relaxation, yet just a few minutes away one can enjoy a variety of pleasant restaurants overlooking the sea with an exciting nightlife of bars and restaurants of the centre of Playa del Inglés just a short walk away. Within a few minutes you will find a selection of super restaurants with tables overlooking the bay, serving local and international dishes, as well as friendly bars some with entertainment. So whether your preference is a thick juicy steak cooked over wood, local freshly caught fish, Canarian specialities or just a pizza with a beer you’ll find it all close by.
This small exclusive privately owned complex is approximately 35 minutes from the airport, with a taxi costing about 35 euros.
A car is not essential as taxis are plentiful and cheap, and a bus terminus is just 200 yards away, however should you wish to explore at your own pace a car can be hired by the day or more from three possible car hire companies approximately two minutes walk from apartment.
Personal towels and bed linen changed at the end of each week, full general cleaning is not carried out between arrival and departure as we feel guests prefer privacy. Cleaning mop, brushes, even a small vacuum cleaner is provided, and guests are expected to leave the apartment on departure clean and tidy. If you do require general cleaning to be carried out over and above this standard, please ask our local representatives who will arrange this at a cost of €30 for each clean, paid directly to them. We will try to accommodate arrival and leaving time to suit flight arrival and departure where possible but this might not always be the case as it dependent on the arrival time of the next guests arrival.

Loved the apartment,it had everything that I needed and was clean & tidy.Shops,bars & restaurants are all within walking distance and the beach is just over the road. The bus station is just down the road with buses running all over the island.If you just want to chill out you can soak up the sun by the pool in the Well kept gardens at the front.I loved it and would definitely come back.
We have just returned from a 3 week stay. The apartment is everything it says it is. Perfect location and both Kai and Paul were extremely nice and helpful. It was a real pleasure in having our linen laundered every week and change of towels twice weekly. We have stayed in numerous apartments and have not had this facility and it was very much appreciated. The WiFi was brilliant and we had no problem with this whatsoever and the apartment has everything you would have in your own home( the bed was exceptionally comfortable which also makes a change). We are in the process of booking again and hopefully by our next return the only change we would like is to see a new sofa!! but that would certainly not deter us returning.
The apartment was excellent, very clean and had everything you could need and more. The location was great, very convenient for shops and restaurants. We used the local service buses which were cheap and frequent. Paul and Kai were very helpful We had a very relaxed week and feel so much better for a little winter sun.

Just back from a fantastic week here. The apartment was just perfect. Beautifully laid out and immaculate. The kitchen is gorgeous and if you like cooking on your holidays then everything is there that you could want. We loved the pool and the lovely, well maintained gardens. It is quiet and relaxed and ideal for couples. The apartment is in a truly enviable location. Just minutes from anything. Beaches, promenade, bus station, restaurants etc. One final tip. We took the public bus (66) from the airport to the resort. It was 3.50 euros each and a beautiful luxury coach with air con that only had ourselves and one other couple on it. Much less stressful than the usual crush at arrivals.
