Welcome to Terrazas an exclusive condo in the most sophisticated building in Playa del Carmen. With cutting-edge architecture, located right in the heart of the hippest part of the city, it truly is a paradisiac spot in the Mexican Caribbean. The jungle combines spectacularly with the turquoise waters of the ocean and the building’s shapes and use of spaces and materials. Luxury abounds in Terrazas.

This magnificent condo has 3 bedrooms and a private terrace. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a full bathroom. This particular bedroom has the option to be independent from the rest of the condo with its own private entrance with a corridor, a table, a mini fridge and a microwave. The second bedroom has two double beds, a flat-screen and a full bathroom. The third bedroom has a single bed and a double bed, a flat screen and a third full bathroom right outside it. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, with a microwave, coffee pot, toaster and blender. Entiere place has air conditioning, ceiling fans and cable television. With luxurious materials used throughout the apartment on all of its areas, and the regional works of art that adorn it (including a selection of books) this condo is ideal to ensure your vacations to be unforgettable and inspiring.

Located on the famous 38th Street, one of the most exclusive area in Playa del Carmen. It's literally one block away from 5th Avenue and the beach.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
