You'll be wowed upon entering this elegant penthouse condo which offers luxury, privacy & space. This is a fabulous condo for a family, group of friends etc. as there's plenty of room to stretch out as a group over 2 floors.

You'll be mesmerized by the splendid panoramic ocean views this condo offers! Bask in a stylish open-concept condo lovingly maintained by the owner. And best of all you're mere feet to the pool, beach & surf!

Slide open the living room doors to the large balcony, where you can enjoy morning coffee while you watch the sun rise over the ocean. Take the stairs up to the fully furnished private rooftop where you can lounge, dine, or swing in your hammock. It offers loungers, dining table/chairs & a lounging set with a loveseat & chairs. It's adorned with tropical flowers & plants making for the perfect tropical oasis!

*Fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, & full dishware with marble counter-top, & breakfast bar with stools.

*The dining area enjoys seating for 6.

Guest Room: The 3rd guest room is smaller with a queen bed & clothes dresser. (The 2nd & 3rd guest rooms share a full bath.)

The condo offers beautiful granite tiled bathrooms, quality linens, bath and beach towels.

-Abdias our wonderful beach attendant will take great care of you on the beach!

-You can purchase food & drinks (alcohol etc.) & it'll be delivered right to your lounger. Menu items includes breakfast, lunch & dinner, cocktails, beer buckets, wine, smoothies & more. Discounts are given to our guests. (It is customary to tip the beach attendant & waiter.)

-Float over the infinity pool which overlooks the beach. (Great people-watching!) Or lounge by the pool with a book.

-Beach massage is mere feet away at very reasonable rates for our guests. (Approx. $50USD for 1 hour massage for 2 people)

*We cannot control beach conditions (I.E. Erosion, or sargassum which is a form of algae which blows in during the warmer spring & summer months. We can't predict when it will arrive, or if the influx will disrupt swimming & use of the beaches. Sargassum barriers have been installed in the ocean to help reduce the flow. The city is proactive in cleaning it to the best of their ability. As well our complex has hired our own cleaning team to clean our beach area.

We urge all our guests to do your own research on this subject before booking a stay with us.

*We can't control outside sound, noise or music coming from the beach or adjacent properties who play music day & night. (We enjoy hurricane glass in all our condos which reduces outside sound.)

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
