Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in one of the most luxurious beachfront boutique complexes, Luna Encantada situated in the heart of Playa del Carmen. This lovely penthouse unit with private rooftop terrace features panoramic views of the sparkling turquoise Caribbean. The original native artwork throughout the condo lends color and a unique flair to the decor. Grill on the rooftop or spend the day enjoying the view, watching the ferries come and go, read a book, take a nap or swing in the hammock...The world is your oyster.

E3's fully-equipped gourmet kitchen is outfitted with dinnerware, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator & ice maker, dishwasher & fresh purified drinking water. There is an open concept & spacious dining room & living area, with entertainment center, TV, DVD/CD player, and we offer free WiFi.

Right off the living area is sliding doors to your private covered balcony with dining table & chairs, and amazing views of the pool, complex, and the ocean! And off to the left is stairs leading to your private rooftop terrace, furnished with a hammock, tables & chairs, loungers, plants & outdoor furniture, along with a deluxe BBQ grill area. The panoramic views are spectacular offering you views of Cozumel, the beach, Playa, and the boats going by. Absolutely amazing space which offers a group much-added space & privacy.

The 3 bedrooms feature comfortable beds with a king sized master suite with ocean views and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom enjoys 2 queen beds, walk in closet and attached bathroom & the quiet 3rd bedroom enjoys a queen size bed. All are outfitted with all linens and towels including beach towels. The condo has its own washer/dryer and maid service is provided every other day with daily replenishing and garbage removal. The condo has ceiling fans throughout, air conditioning with individual controls.

Ideally located right on the beach and 1/2 block to 5th Avenue. This deluxe condo is secure and quiet, yet convenient to shopping, restaurants, water sports and people watching. You are within blocks of Walmart, Mega and DAC which offers groceries, beer and liquor, and fresh local ingredients to meet all your needs.

The charming boutique complex has just 24 units and features a beautiful heated pool, jetted whirlpool, beautiful sculpture, artwork and stunning tropical landscaping. We provide free underground parking, 24 hour security and pool and beach lounge chairs for the comfort of our guests.

Getting around

No need for a car, Playa del Carmen is a walking town. Walk out your door and be close to beach bars, restaurants, cafes, shopping, watersports, beach massage, fishing, para-sailing. Close to eco-waterparks, scuba diving, golf and ancient Mayan ruins. Taxis are on every corner if you need to take one. Walmart is a few blocks away.

We have an on-site manager who will check in with you during your stay. We provide 24 hour security and housekeeping. Your Best Getaway can be reached via email or phone as well. Prior to your stay we will send you all info re: your vacation rental, a restaurant & activity guide, plus our 'top tips' and 'know before you go'. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
