New apartment with 2 bedrooms, fully equipped for 4/5 people, with 4 single beds or 2 King Size bed plus a sofa-bed for a fifth person. Located in the quiet residential Real Ibiza, just 10 minutes by car or bus downtown Playa del Carmen and the beach. Has satellite TV, wifi Internet, air conditioning, swimming pool and protected parking place inside the enclosure.

On arrival at the apartment Antonello was friendly and greeted us and showed us around his apartment. We had a lovely stay here and used the pool area on a few days of our holiday which is a lot nicer in real life than in the pictures with sun beds and lots of plants/flowers there now. The living room and kitchen are open plan it was all very clean and tidy but sofa slightly on the small side if four of you are staying, but it did pull out as a sofa bed and they're four dining chairs and table also. Lots of wardrobe space in bedrooms but in the double room the bed is 2 singles pushed together so not ideal for couples but just a small annoyance. The aircon worked very well and there are also ceiling fans in all rooms. There is wi-fi available at an extra cost which we didn't get as can only use near pool area. The location is slightly out of the way but only takes about 10 mins in a taxi to get to 5th avenue/beach and costs about 40/50 pesos roughly £2.50. There is also a 24hr convenience shop accross the road and a pizza place which was pretty tasty and quite cheap.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Antonello (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
