If any of the mentioned possible regulations do occur then you will be able to reschedule your dates free of charge. If you proceed and book this accommodation and it is looking like you may not be able to travel due to Covid-19 we would be happy to defer the final payment to a later date until the situation becomes more clearer. Tenerife Villas Online offers this 6 bedroom villa with games room and communal heated pool and is situated on a complex in the heart of Las Americas only 400 meters from the beach. This villa which resembles a traditional townhouse is on 3 levels and has fans in most rooms. Ground level consists of kitchen, diner, lounge, bedroom 3 and shower room. The upper level includes 2 bedrooms with balconies, 1 with ensuite and a separate bathroom. The bedrooms 1 & 2 have private balconies that overlook the lawn terrace. On the basement level you will find bedrooms 4, 5 & 6, shower room and games room.

Air conditioning is available in bedrooms 4, 5, and 6 at an additional £50 for up to 100 kilowatts of usage for all 3. Any usage more than 100 kilowatt will be charged at 50 pence per unit and will be deducted from your bond. Meter reading will be taken from a separate meter on arrival. No refund will be given for under usage. If you require this please organise this upon check in. The basement level bedrooms do not have any windows.

This villa is ideal for the larger group and families with children. For your outside living there is a private artificial lawn garden with sun lounger’s, patio furniture and a charcoal BBQ. The exterior is surrounded by a selection of plants and shrubs. Also situated on this complex is a large pool with pool bar. The large communal heated pool is there for your use. The pool bar offers a large selection of drinks and snacks. Also there is a large number of sun lounger’s for your free use.

This property manager is very hands on if any problems arise, however, the accommodation is of an average standard and is not regarded as high level or luxury, but considering its central location and number of bedrooms, the accommodation is good value for money.

Due to popular demand we charge a small additional fee for school half term holiday weeks, if you process a booking over a school half term holiday week you will be notified of this fee. We require all young groups to contact us before making a booking. Also make sure you contact us before you wish to make a booking over the New Year period without the Christmas day period being booked

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
