CHANGEOVER DAYS:
Tuesday - Friday - Saturday for 7, 10, 11 or 14 Night Bookings.
NOTE:
We can occasionally be flexible with other changeover days subject to availability so please enquire.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
8 Guests + 2 Babies (0 - 12 months) 1 travel cot can be provided, an additional travel cot would need to be hired.

ACCOMMODATION:
The villa has 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are en-suite and a family bathroom with a walk in shower.
Bedrooms:
Master bedroom with Super king size bed.
3 further large double bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have twin single beds.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor sleeping 6 guests and 1 bedroom on the ground floor sleeping 2 guests.
FIRST FLOOR :
Bedroom 1)
Large bedroom with twin single beds, an en-suite bathroom (bath with shower, vanity sink unit with mirror, toilet and a bidet) large built in wardrobes, baby travel cot, there are also patio doors leading out on to the balcony with a table and chairs, the balcony has a pool and sea view.
Bedroom 2)
Large bedroom with a super king size bed, dressing table with mirror, large built in wardrobes, patio doors leading out to the balcony with a table and chairs, the balcony has a pool and sea view.
Bedroom 3)
Spacious bedroom with twin beds, built in wardrobe and a dressing table with a mirror.
Family Bathroom:
Located on the first floor with a fully tiled walk in shower, vanity sink unit with mirror and a toilet.
GROUND FLOOR :
Bedroom 4)
Large bedroom which is located on the *ground floor and has twin single beds, En-suite shower room with a fully tiled walk in shower, vanity sink unit with mirror and a toilet, there are also large patio doors which give easy access outside to the garden with various flowers, grass lawn and also a lemon tree.
There is a spacious tiled terrace area with sun loungers, a large table & chairs, great for alfresco dining or pre-dinner drinks.

Spacious lounge with a 50ins HD LED TV satellite/cable TV with a number of English channels, leather sofas, dining area with large dining table with seating for 8 guests.

There is a spacious secluded garden with various beautiful flowers planted throughout the garden, the large tiled terrace area has a large table and chairs and sun loungers which makes this is an ideal place to relax during your stay.
SMOKING:
We have a strict *NO SMOKING POLICY* inside the villa at all times although smoking is permitted on the outside ground floor terrace.
