Description

These apartments are opposite the new Gran Sur shopping centre located in Torviscas Bajo , Playa de Las Americas. The apartment is on a second level but boasts a double length terrace with secure gate to stop young children escaping!

The complex has a large top pool containing 5 pools connected by means of a water slide and waterfalls. In addition there is a kids pool which is great for toddlers. There is a poolside snack bar and small laundry room onsite.

The Mareverde complex is in perfect location for the beach , shops ,restaurants and all the main attractions. The complex is also on the main bus route ,so wherever you want to visit is made easy.

“Beautiful Apartment!!”

Beautiful apartment, excellently located for bars, restaurants, and shops! Pool was a little on the cold side but then it was November, (it had said heated pool but this wasn't the case). Apartment itself decorated lovely and very spacious... couldn't fault it. The only thing that did let it down was the other apartments in phase 3 where the apartment is... sadly not all the apartments are looked after as well, and many very run down. Phase 3 pool closed but other pools all open, which were in a nicer part of the complex anyway. All in all a lovely winter sun break!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
