'Las Floritas' is a family complex in an enviable location between the resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The complex is central, but peaceful. Our apartment is situated in an excellent area of the complex, not on the block facing the road and it should not be confused with commercially rented units.

The complex has an attractive pool which winds around the complex in a river-effect with waterfalls and there are 2 larger areas for swimming. There are sun beds, a pool/snack bar, pool tables, minimarket, internet access and a reception area. There is 24 hour security and a lifeguard round the pool during the day. It is a ten minute walk to the lively centre of Playa de Las Americas, but there are bars, restaurants, shops etc. outside the complex. The beaches of both resorts are also a ten minute walk away. Free parking opposite

“Pleasant stay”

Nice apartment with all you need to make a meal if you wish. Shower very good with plenty of hot water. Well situated for shops, bars, public transport and taxis. 5 minutes from the sea front. The complex has a bar. The pool is great and even though we were just above the main pool, not too much noise. All made for a very relaxing holiday

Apartment nice and clean had everything in it that you need . Looked over the pool with sun on the balcony until 2pm . Close to all amenities lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Had a fab time and would defiantly use this accommodation again

Just back from 10 days at this apartment and really enjoyed it as others have wrote it has everything you need plus DVD and books The walk in shower was my favorite as most apartments have one in the bath or stuck in the corner of a toilet this one was large enough to dance as well as sing in. (ha ha) ,We had breakfast every morning on the balcony over looking the pool it was wonderful. .There wasn't a sound to be heard in the night time which was great .Outside the door was excellent Chinese and pub on the other side .From my wife and myself I would like to thank Jackie and Andrew for the use of their wonderful apartment and I'm sure that all those who stay in the future will enjoy it just as much as we did

Lovely apartment very clean .Bed very comfy wordrobe space excellent lots of mirrors .Walk in shower great kitchen all you need is there plenty of shockets for hairdryer which is also suplied.over all a great apartment only thing missing is wifi x

For Las Floitas apartments the shuttle bus will drop you off and pick you up in the car park opposite the complex so no long walk with the cases. J & A the owners give great correspondence on how to access their apartment. There are some steps up as it is on the 1st floor,once inside there is a very nice living area and combined kitchen which leads on to a sun terrace. There is a toilet and a walk in shower which gives plenty of very hot water at a good pressure, the bedroom is a double with plenty of clothes storage,the bed was very comfortable as well. All the self catering appliances ,cutlery etc were present including a 4 ring hob and oven.There is quite a good library which the wife used ,she even stayed in one night and watched a film on the DVD.The sun rose above the building at 10 am and stayed until about 1pm each day ( in Feb ) the terrace over looks the the pool as all apartments here do.There is a safe in the bedroom with a key. Bars and beach are about a 10 min walk down a slight incline.Would not hesitate to go back.
