“A very plesent stay!”

Reviewed 6 Jun 2018

Got back yesterday June 5th after a lovely week at The Royal Gardens. We came last year just as a couple for my partners 50th, and returned again this year with our 2 teenage boys so needed a 2 bedded apartment. The apartment was very big with fabulous views, with everything we needed, and was in a prime position. Pool area very quiet and there was always sunbeds no matter what time of day. Lynda from the office dealt with our booking and everything rang smoothly. The only downside of this apartment was the stairs being very steep and awkward to go up and down ( not suitable for young children ). Also the balcony was so lovely and big but was a real suntrap, and needed a decent sixed unbrella, not a broken one? Could only sit out first thing in the morning. Air condition was fine but the one in the double bedroom is too low and too near the bed to keep on at night. Will definatley return to The Royal Gardens in the future and would highly recomend it.

“Excellent apartment, great location for cafes, bars, shops and beach”

Reviewed 19 Mar 2013

Spent a very a very nice week with my wife and adult daughter at this very well equipped duplex apartment. Apartment location is very good, it appeared freshly painted and it has a nice large balcony with pool and sea view. Plenty of sun beds and patio furniture, radio/CD, satellite TV with mainstream British channels, board & card games, large selection of books, etc., everything you could want. The complex itself needs a bit of maintenance in public corridors, reception area and the lifts - one appears to have a mind of it's own about where it stops! Friendly, helpful security man at reception will advise the best way to the apartment. As it says in the advert, not suitable for small children or people with mobility problems - this is because the stairs are steep and open with high risers. A bit awkward for getting cases up to the bedrooms. This and a few minor maintenance issues such as bulbs needing replaced, faulty lamps and towel rails that fell off due to screws being loose are the only reason I did not award 5/5. Also a little higher priced than other similar apartments in the complex. Otherwise great place - will hopefully be back soon.

“Fantastic apartments & location”

Reviewed 6 Dec 2011

We stayed at this apartment and 2 friends rented the 2 one for the same week. The apartments were spotless very well fitted had everything one would need. Beautiful sea views from balcony. Lynda was my contact and she is excellent at arranging everything key pickup etc. The location is fantastic you are in the center of everything beach 2 minutes walk shop & restaurants all around .We are beach people but the pool looked lovely and it was very quiet at night. I left a item behind and when I sent a email to Lynda to ask she said the cleaners had found it. This just added to the excellent impression I already had. We have found our spot when going to Tenerife Thank you Marie.
