Description

It’s a modern and comfortable 3-storey villa.

Main floor comprises a largespacious living room with comfortable seats and TV, dining area, fully equipped open type kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are also 2 terraces – bigmain terrace features outside huge dining table, heated swimming pool and sun deck with sun loungers. Back terrace with cozy coffee table.

The top floor consists of master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and huge sun terrace with great ocean views and one bedroom for kids with bunk bed.

On the ground floor there is another living room with sitting area and TV, play area with pool table, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There are also utility and laundry room and private garage.

This villa can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children.

We don’t accept unaccompanied groups younger than 30 years old.

HEATED POOL:
Pool heating which is optional. Extra charge of 20 Euros per day will apply, please request if needed.
For a heated pool, we aim to keep the water temperature between 26-28 degrees, depending on the time of day / season.

“Perfect Villa”

This Villa was amazing ,I travelled with a group of 8 friends to celebrate my sisters birthday . The villa had everything you need and more . Well equipped kitchen , lovely clean modern bedrooms and bathrooms , lots of outside space and pool .Perfect location for shops , bars , restaurants and just a 5 minute walk to the beach although the villa is so lovely you might not want to leave it too often as it's so well equipped to stay in and cook . Bath towels and pool towels were provided and there was washing up liquid , dishwasher tablets bin bags etc . This villa is perfect for families too especially with the games room downstairs . I will definately be returning .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
