This 1 Bed apt is immaculate and centrally located both on the complex and in the Torviscas Bajo area. The apt overlooks the pool and is on first floor.

Sun all day on the terrace with roll out blind for shelter if needed. Suitable for all ages. Outside patio table with seating for 4. Within a 7 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance to all local areas, Las Americas, Del Duque, La Caletta and more. Its 15 minute walk to Europes largest water park Siam Water Park.

Beautiful apartment ,with a well equipped kitchen . Sunny balcony overlooking the pool . Great location not far from the supermarket bar's and restaurants and beach .Definitely recommend Sarah's apartments . Looking forward to our next stay in October .

“Perfect Apartment & Location”

Couldn't recommend the apartment enough, perfect base for a stay in Tenerife, close to Fanabe beach and all of the restaurants they offer, the pool is perfect and not busy, our little one learnt to swim in the comfort of the pool all to herself, very quiet, a bar just in the complex just around the corner that does home made food which is really good, the beer is cold too! Each room as ceiling fans and there are 2 more fans which are perfect as we don't like air conditioning as we always end up getting a cold with it! Loved our stay, Sarah is a fantastic host supplying us with water, tea, coffee on arrival and offered to supply anything else as it was a late check in which was really nice of her. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Another fantastic stay at Sarah's apartment.. The apartment is in the Mare Verde complex, with lots of pools and a friendly pool bar .The apartment has everything you need plus a sunny balcony. Near shops restaurants and bars , and about 10min walk to the beach. Looking forward to our next stay in January.

Second time we have stayed in the apartment and we had a brilliant time again. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Large fridge freezer microwave iron beach towels and shower towels provided. I could go on there is everything you need. The view from the balcony overlooks one of the many pools and is a short walk to all amenities and the beach. Sarah is great very easy to contact and fast response. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. Great apartment great location. Can't wait to go back next year. Already booked up. Thanks for contributing to another brilliant holiday.

What can I say! Fabulous apartment. Has everything you need. Brilliant location. Just 10 minutes from the beach and shops. Very clean and tidy complex. It has a number of pools for you to take your pic from. There is also a pool bar area. The apartment has a lovely sunny balcony which overlooks one of the pools, a spacious lounge area with tv and wifi. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone else. It’s a gem! Thank you Sarah!

Just the very best place to stay. 10 minutes walk to the beach and bars. Very safe and gated community. The apartment has everything you could need. Very clean and modern. We are back for a month from early June. Think that says it all ! Can’t wait. Thanks Sarah for providing our ideal location for a great holiday. Barb and Melv x

Beautiful apartment.. Very spacious lots of wardrobe space , well equipped kitchen, home from home. Lovely sunny balcony overlooking the pool . Why can't I call Sarah (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sarah (the owner) a message.

If Sarah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
