Description

This modern three storey spacious villa consists of five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The minimalistic interior made from wood stone and other high quality materials incorporates well with the soothing neutral colours and bright dynamic tones.

This villa has four bedrooms two on each floor with the master bedroom on the top floor. There are bathtubs in two of the bathrooms and showers in the two remaining. You can enjoy the picturesque views of the mountains and sea from the upper terraces. Outside a cozy gazebo is located for relaxing on the comfortable sofa. The dining area is ample for eight people found alongside the pool for those perfect enjoyable meals. The living room on the ground floor is open plan incorporating a sofa and TV with a kitchen and further dining area for six people. The design of this villa is spacious making it comfortable for larger groups including air conditioning throughout, a mini hockey table for entertainment, utility room and internal garage for two cars.

This villa can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children.

We don’t accept unaccompanied groups younger than 30 years old.

HEATED POOL:
Pool heating which is optional. Extra charge of 20 Euros per day will apply, please request if needed.
For a heated pool, we aim to keep the water temperature between 26-28 degrees, depending on the time of day / season.

First time staying at the habitat villa on our very first stay at Tenerife with all my family and it was amazing the place was like a mansion with a great pool and sun lounge area we are already planning on another stay at end of the year , everything was a 2 minute walk from the villa shops ,food ,ans bars and restaurants its been a great experience for me and my family, loved every minute of it xx

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
