Beach front BossaM TERRACE sea view Apartment is located in Playa D ' em Bossa in front of the sea. It is just 2 km from Ibiza town and 2 km from the airport. It is placed in a very nice zone well served by restaurants, bars, shops and very close to the famous club Space,Bora Bora and the best one NOW called USHUAIA!!

This apartment has two rooms, 1 with a big bed and 1 with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, a living room where i can add 2 extra bed more, fully equpped kitchen. Outside one can find a terrace that is overlooking the sea.

GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS

LATE ARRIVE AFTER 22:00 involves an additional expense of

€ 25, AFTER 1:00 AM € 35

On the day of arrival will be required to ensure the signing of the lease in accordance with the local laws.

The validity of the lease would begin from 16:00 on the day of arrival. (Unless stated otherwise).

The termination of the contract is by 11:00 on the day of departure. (Unless stated otherwise).

The delay in the output phase will be interpreted as a breach of the rental conditions and therefore punishable. If the tenant does not arrive on the date provided in the rent, for any reason must promptly inform us.

If objects, furniture and tools were to be compromised, broken and not in good condition when you arrive you must immediately inform our staff who will contact the landlord to repair them as soon as possible. Tenants will be held accountable for flaws and damage to property, will be charged against them the costs of necessary repairs, after a "bad habit", omission and negligence in the maintenance of objects, furniture, tools and accessories that are present in 'property at the entrance.

Drawbacks

Our staff and the landlord can't be held responsible for irregularities and failures with regard to water, electricity and telephone supplies, etc., when these are produced by third parties or public entities involved with the work in the vicinity.

Home Cleaning

On the day of termination of the contact the property must be left clean as it was delivered at the moment of the beginning of the contract. We invite you to be particularly vigilant on this point before you sign the contract. If this clause is not respected, a sum of variable amount will be deducted from the deposit.

1.- Si Vd. esta interesado en arrendar dicho inmueble, debe saber que para proceder a su reserva debe firmar un contrato de arrendamiento de temporada especial con el importe del alquiler y las fechas correspondientes. Este contrato de arrendamiento se rige por la normativa aplicable a los arrendamientos para uso distinto del de vivienda, conforme a lo dispuesto en los art. 3, 4.1, y 4.3 de la Ley 29/1994 de Arrendamientos Urbanos (LAU).

2.- El presente contrato se otorga conforme a lo establecido en la Ley 29/1994, de 24 de noviembre, de Arrendamientos Urbanos y se regirá por lo libremente pactado en el presente contrato, y en todo lo no recogido en el mismo, por lo determinado en el Título III de la citada Ley, y supletoriamente por lo dispuesto en el Código Civil. y en ningún caso están sujetos a la Ley 8/2012, de 19 de julio del turismo de las Illes Balears.

3.- El arrendador de dicho inmueble no ofrece los siguientes servicios, en cumplimiento a las leyes anteriormente citadas:

a) Limpieza periódica de la vivienda

b) Ropa de cama, lencería, menaje de casa en general y resposición de estos.

c) Mantenimiento de las instalaciones

d) Servicio de atención al publico en horario comercial.

****IMPORTANTE, se trata de un arrendamiento para uso distinto al de vivienda y esta regido por la presente Ley*****.

“Great location, large terrace, on the beach!!”

If you're in Ibiza for partying then this is the place for you! It has 1 double bed, two single beds one double sofa bed and they added an extra single in the living room as there was 7 of us. If you don't like noise then this isn't for you. Being so close to Ushuaia, loud music can be heard from the flat from 3pm to midnight, which didn't bother us too much. There are also low flying planes as it is so close to the air port that also create a loud noise. However being so close it is literally a 1 min walk to ushuaia and space, about 15 mins from sankeys, 5 min cab from airport and less to DC10. directly on the beach, where we spent most of our days, a lovey bar/ restaurant Brigante underneath with food and cocktails of a much better quality to other places near buy for the same price. stunning views of sunrise and sunset from the terrace!!! The small shower room was basically unusable as the shower curtain was too short so water spilled everywhere!! Also we were unaware of the 500 euro deposit, which although was returned in full, because of exhange rates I lost out on £12 - instead of holding the money on my card a payment was taken and then refunded. Overall good price and good location. washing machine too which was a plus for a long stay! really enjoyed our stay.
