Conveniently located, this self catering villa is set in a 500sqm fenced area near Sant Jordi within a 5 minutes drive to ibiza downtown and Playa den Bossa, in a quiet neighbourhood.

It features a private pool (4.00 x 8.00 meters) with a solarium area equipped with loungers, a chillout area and a dining terrace with barbecue that invites you to enjoy the evenings with al fresco dining. Everything is surrounded by trees and plants. It is situated close to the area of Sant Jordi and Playa den Bossa.


The villa is set up as follows:

1 Bedroom with a double bed. A complimentary bed can be placed in the room.

2 Bedroom with two single beds.

3 Bedroom with two single beds.

4 Bedroom with two single beds.

5 Bedroom with two single beds.

Bathroom with bathube/shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet.

Living room with 50 inches Satellite TV, DVD player, high speed WIFI and a comfortable seating area.

Fully equipped Kitchen, with oven, micro, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensilsIt also features a patio, garden(fenced), garden furniture, BBQ, parking, swimmingpool(private, 8 x 4 m.), playing area, cot and highchair.

This villa is ideal for a family or for groups of friends looking for a quiet place, with easy access to ibiza's hot spots.


Sant Josep is the ideal spot for relaxing holiday. There are some local restaurant bars steps away to the villa. Ibiza center town is placed within a 5 minutes drive. San Antonio it is within 15 minutes drive.

The Pool is placed in full sun. Terrace with views to the countryside.


Sant Josep and the south west coast of Ibiza are the nearest beaches to the villa. They are only at a short five minutes drive. Ibiza, Playa den Bossa and Salinas are within 5 minutes drive to the villa.


Ibiza airport it is only 10 min drive to the villa. Car or taxi is required. Car hire available at Ibiza Airport.


Ibiza town 3 Km, Ibiza airport 6 km, Playa den Bossa 3km, San Antonio 15 Km.


A refundable deposit it is requested upon arrival and will be refunded on the final day of renting period. Deposit amount is €500,00 for up to 7 guests and must be deposited in cash.


The property will be in a clean and well-maintained state when the guest arrive, and it is expected that they keep it so during the rental period.


Total number of guests allowed is 6. The total number of guests staying at the property should not exceed the persons number agreeded in the reservation phase. In case of extra persons, an additional cost would be charged. The accommodation is for the exclusive use of the clients and is not to be sub-let under any circumstances.


Checkin after 17.00h Checkout before 10.30h Checkin dates may be flexible, just ask. Guests are expected to arrive at the property at the predefined date and time. If a different arrival time is anticipated, the clients must notify us asap with the new arrival time.

Villa was fabulous, especially the pool area which is where we spent most of our time. Location is good for Playa den Bossa and there’s a large supermarket within walking distance. Would definitely return!

Easy to find from the airport and property manager was very helpful in dealing with check-in and check-out arrangements. Positives: Lovely pool and sun lounging area with outdoor seating and dining facilities Attentive property manager Good location for getting to/from airport and generally around the island Negatives: Property generally needs some attention in terms of updating such as the beds and bedding had seen better days, generally felt tired and well used Kitchen equipped very basically Noisy main road close by which was someties loud throughout the nigh so no good if you are a light sleeper Shower is above a sunken bath so anyone with mobility problems would struggle

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
