Description

Amazing apartment with the most incredible sea-views for a perfect holiday in Ibiza. It´s a very big apartment with 2 double bedrooms and a huge lounge and terrace. Spectacular uninterrupted sea-views to Formentera and other beaches on the island.

The stunning view and location. The terrace is amazing. Quiet and relaxing.

You will have access to everything in the apartment.

Ask me whatever you want, I will try my best to help with any request.

The location is very central, Ibiza town centre is a few minutes' walk.

On your doorstep are some great sea front restaurants and bars, cafes as well as supermarkets and shops.

A lovely small beach is directly in front of the apartment.

Directly outside are car, scooter and bike rental.

You will find car parking is very nearby.

The Taxi and bus stops are very close.

PRICES: (all prices are based on 7 nights bookings - if it's less than 7 nights the "price per night" will be more expensive)

We can arrange for you personal drivers so you can be picked and dropped of any place ( club, beach,party) in Ibiza.

We can also provide any other service like VIP tables, personal chefs, boat rentals, private driver etc...Don't hesitate to contact me.

“bad claening appartement”

No wifi, no cleaning, bad cleaning appartement and bad cleaning fricherator, bad window curtains wich fall down every time you close them.

We stayed there in July and were initially dubious that this apartment could look like it did in the pics. We were so wrong! Amazing flat , overlooking the sea. Totally in the heart of everything. Supermarket next door, food next door, space and ushaiua down the road and even though it is next door to Bora Bora the noise from there is only slight. Great place to people watch. The apartment was clean and for the 5 of us very comfortable. Rica was brilliant throughout the booking and answered any of our questions promptly. We booked a second one that was equally good and frontline too. I would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend it to others.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Enrica (the owner) a message.

If Enrica (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
