Coronado Bay at Coronado Beach, a high rise and beach front gated private community featuring resort style living with all the comforts anamenities you expect to find in five star resort. Includes private access to the beach, two infinity pools plus a rooftop pool, hotel facilities, and 24 hour security. The apartment has side view to the beach and view to the mountains. 2 social areas. One on beachside and the other on the top floor with a magnificent view. Long/Short term. The living style in Coronado is relaxed, tropical and luxurious. Take long walks on the beach and soak in the spectacular sunset views, guaranteed to feed your soul. Go into town and do a little shopping and have lunch in one of the many Al Fresco restaurants in Coronado.     I am glad you enjoyed your stayed in Panama. We are always having maintenance in-our condo but we depend on our guest for any issues. After you left we fix the drainage problem and the leaking in the bathroom of the hall. Thank you for renting with us.

    I am glad you had a nice time in Coronado. Coronado is the place to rest and is safe. After the winter birds leave (Dec-March) the area is a little quiet during the week. On week ends the locals come to enjoy. Thank you for renting with us.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Georgina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
