Two new Water Parks has just been opened and located only 15mins walk from our villa. The Water Parks offer a variety of water shoots for children and adults including kiddie water shoots; swimming pools with river.

Villa CoCo is only a 15 mins walk to the nearest beach (Playa Flaming) restaurants and shops and approx 25mins walk to the pretty town centre of Playa Blanca.

The lounge is large and light, it has leather sofas, recliner/casual chairs and lovely views over the patios and out to sea, it will easily cater for up to ten adults comfortably.

The fully fitted large kitchen incorporates natural materials including hand made units with marble work surfaces and modern appliances.

The five good sized bedrooms all have ceiling fans ; three with direct access to patio area.
Two king sized beds & three twin bedrooms all with hand made wooden built in wardrobes.

Four 'walk in' shower rooms (two on-suites one with bath) with large mirrors and twin wash hand basins.

Bedroom with large TV including playstation where the kiddies can enjoy their games and toys in a safe and visible environment.

A family home where all can enjoy a real sense of space comfort and luxury.

The extensive South facing terraced areas with views to the sea and Fuerteventura are on two levels, which can be reached via the large panoramic sliding glass doors leading from the lounge, the upper level which is gated has a large pergola area, providing shade in the heat of the day. Beneath the pergola is a marble table and seating adjacent to the built in feature barbecue for formal or 'alfresco' style dining.
Also provided are sun loungers with luxury cushion covers, reclining chairs and a round table with bamboo chairs which can be used for serving snacks & drinks outside.
The 8 meters X 4 meter private pool is heated by both solar and elecric heaters so regardless of the weather conditions you can enjoy a swim in the warm water of the pool. The full sized pool table is set partly in the shade in the garden on a tiled patio area.

On the lower terrace (three steps down) is the pool area, the pool which is solar and electrically heated, is 4m by 8m and having a depth varying from 1.33m to 1.7m surrounded by a tiled patio and enclosed by a dado wall which provides privacy to the pool and adjacent areas. There is plenty of room around the pool to lay your sunbeds and bathe in the privacy of your own swimming pool area.

The Canary Islands region

Lanzarote boasts of it's warm climate enjoyed virtually all year round and of unspoilt sandy beaches in many of the local areas. Some of the beaches such as Papagayo are places of natural beauty where the beaches are protected from future development.
Although the climate is generally warm and being a small Island, the offshore breezes create a comfortable environment in which to enjoy the outdoor life, including sports, walking or dining 'alfresco' style.
The locals in the resorts are very friendly, many speak two or more languages and so communicating with them in terms of asking for directions, ordering food etc should not present a problem for a visitor.
There are a number of places of interest to visit, including the home of the Architect, Marique (deceased) who set the design and style of much of the Lanzarote housing. His home is set within a lava bubble and is intriguing to see how he has used the natural materials and shapes in the design of his house. Tymafya volcano range is also worth a visit with a restaurant positioned adjacent to a hot air vent on which they cook their food.

Playa Blanca

Playa Blanca , the most southern part of Lanzarote, was once a small fishing village which has been developed sensibly to provide a paved promenade which stretches for miles along the shore edge, so if you like walking, there can be no better way of enjoying a morning stroll. It has many shops and restaurants near the sea edge all of which are open virtually fifty two weeks a year. There are a number of large supermarkets that provide fresh produce daily and a lovely fish market located in the harbour.
There are many lovely beaches in Playa Blanca, along with a chic newly built marina, it really is no wonder that it is thought of as the 'jewel in the crown'. The chic new 400 berth Marina has got everything, enjoy the fantastic restaurants offering delicious food, or why not sit and wind down listening to the cool sounds at the famous Cafe Del Mar Bar, or if you are feeling a bit active why not play tennis, take a sail, or dive. There really is something for everyone.
If you like golf, there are two golf courses within 30 to 45 mins drive and tennis courts can be made available if requested. There are many other sporting activities available within a relatively short drive e.g. go carting, horse/camel rides, scuba diving, wind surfing etc.
