Case del Paraiso, a beautiful private villa on Parque del Rey, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. Peaceful location, 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach and town centre. Gated and secure, newly refurbished to a high standard, 2 sofas in the living area, 48" smart TV with various English chanels , Free wifi internet Wifi, DVD player, (playstation 3 in one of the twin bedrooms). Dining table seating for 8 inside. Lovely pool (heated in the winter months). Large south facing terrace and gardens with Alfresco dining for up to 8 under a new Pergola, 8 sun lounges, barbecue, Kitchen fully equipped, dishwasher, microwave oven & hob, Toaster Kettle, Coffee maker,washing machine, iron& ironing board. 4 lovely airy bedrooms, master with en-suite, 2nd bathroom with double walk in shower. Air-con in master bedroom, double bedroom and living room (operated by coin machine 1 or 2 euros) We now have a pool table for you to enjoy.
