Playa Blanca, urbanization residencìal zone in expansion. Villa Aladino is a new individual villa, quiet and awarded with CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE, thanks to the visitors with their opinions about the villa. There are 2 cameras inside the house, they belong to a security company (Securitas Direct), they only use them if there is an alarm jump and it makes 3 photos with flash, they are not continuous video. Your privacy is guaranteed. Villa Aladino has optional extra charges: Option 1 extra charge: Private pool heated 25 to 30 degrees for 50 euros week, paid at the villa to maintenance person. Option 2 extra charge: jacuzzi in outdoor garden for 160 euros week,, is paid in the villa to maintenance person. Option 3 extra charge: complete jacuzzi and pool hot water 175 euros week,, It is paid in the villa to maintenance person. Barbecue, WIFI free internet, TV smart satellite tv ENGLISH-GERMAN, SECURITY Alarm 24 hours security connection police, Safe. The furniture is completely new. It is located 1 km from the supermarket and 2 km from the beach and marina Rubicon Marina. 3 km center of the village. The first floor consists of 1 room with double bed 150x200, 1 full bathrooms. Kitchen and laundry. Large living room with a large cheslong and exit to the pool and a large porch with dining for 6 people. The garden is equipped with hammocks and large sofas, extensible pergola and umbrellas. Careful decoration with 1st quality furniture. On the second floor room with double bed 150x200 and full bathroom, large terrace overlooking the ocean and Fuerteventura. Private pool with thermal cover. more than 200 meters of private land. SOUTH orientation, Sun all day to enjoy a relaxing and quiet holiday. Distance to the airport 30 km for LZ2 and 2.0 km to the beach, 1 km to the supermarket. Advisable to rent a car. Suitable for 4 people Initial and final total cleaning including 1 intermediate pool and jacuzzi cleaning. 97% of visitors and we recommend hiring extra full for a complete relaxation. COMMUNITY NORMS: Music or activities that generate annoying noises to neighbors in community or private facilities. Respect the hours of rest: from 14 to 17 hours and from 23 hours until 8 hours (on weekends and holidays until 9 am).

“Thoroughly recommended”

The villa was as described. The kids loved the heated pool and spa. It was very secure shutters,alarm,safe), clean and had all the facilities you could need. Gustavo, the owner, sent us lots of information about the villa before we arrived (and left us breakfast and a bottle of wine!). He was very helpful. Supermarket about 1km. We would recommend hiring a car as it is on the edge of Playa Blanca.

Lovely villa. Had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay and playa blanca was beautiful :) villa was spacious and clean with a beautiful pool and hot tub to die for. Loved our stay :)

“Could have been a lot better”

The villa it's self was clean, well finished and equipped however a few things to be aware of. It is part of a semi completed development quite a distance from the town almost walkable but not at night - No Street lights for 3 of the 5 days we were there - owner advised was an external issue 1 of 2 when we were there the other time we lost hot water. Great television but no English channels. Towels are 1 bath 1 hand 1 beach not changed during the week and no drying facilities indoors if it rains as it did for us.So not ideal if like us you like clean towels daily! Jacuzzi is not under any shelter so unusable if it rains as it did for us for 4/6 nights and you will be charged a full week irrespective. Finally make sure you get the full instructions for the alarm we didn't and got a visit from the police when we couldn't get it to go off luckily my daughter speaks Spanish!! Would not recommend too many extras on top of villa price -pool jacuzzi and numerous taxis!

En primer lugar se le han pedido disculpas por los problemas de luz que han sido ajenos a nosotros y ha habido cortes de fluido electrico en todo PLAYA BLANCA (se puede certificar). En segundo lugar damos las instrucciones correspondientes a los Clientes, y pueden observar que no hay una queja al respecto. En cuanto a las toallas se pone un juego completo por persona. Hay lavadora y un tendedero portatil en la terraza cocina cubierta y si hubiera querido un cambio de toallas diario se le hubiera presupuestado ya que es una villa y no un hotel. Tampoco informamos de canales en ingles, hay wifi y se puede ver la tv del pais que sea por internet-HDMI En cuanto al mal tiempo , visite la pagina http://www.spain-lanzarote.com/es/descubrir/clima.html y vera cuantas veces llueve en Lanzarote al año, No siento haber engañado a nadie, ya que las fotografías se ve que el jacuzzi está en el jardín y el jardin no tiene techo. pero aunque ustedes no se hayan bañado el calentador de agua ha estado funcionando a una temperatura de 33 grados. Se informa en la web que es una zona en expansión, que se recomienda coche al estar el supermercado a 1 km y la playa a 2 km. Y por último agradecer su estancia con nosotros y le recomiendo que la próxima vez hable con los propietarios de sus necesidades porque si usted necesita que vayan a limpiar la villa todos los días y cambiar las sabanas y toallas todos los días lo hacemos pero tiene un suplemento como en todas partes.
