From the owner

The house has been completely renovated, and all the details have been taken care of to make it comfortable and functional. On the inside, the ground floor is a large open space that allows you to enjoy all the rooms with maximum comfort. It has air conditioning and heating, and a direct exit to the relaxation area, pool and solarium. On the upper floor, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has access to a private terrace and 180x200 bed. The second bedroom, with two single beds of 105x200. The toilet on the ground floor has a toilet and sink. It also has an outdoor dining room, and barcaboa. Guests will have access to all the facilities of the villa. Heated pool (optional air conditioning 6x3 meters, the price of air conditioning is paid separately, € 20 per day, upon request at least 7 days before arrival). Sun loungers and pool towels. Barbecue, outdoor dining room, outdoor lounge or relaxation area. From the moment of requesting information we keep in direct personal contact with the guests, helping them in whatever they may need. On the day of arrival, we personally receive our guests and tell them all the details of the villa and give them the information they may need about the nearest services, leisure and catering areas, etc. We like to welcome guests and make them feel at home, and we only ask them to take it into account to take care of it and maintain it as they find it upon arrival. The villa is located in a privileged place on the island. In the south of Lanzarote, a few meters from the seafront that links the Playa de las Coloradas (just 300 meters from the villa) with the Marina Rubicón Marina (800 meters). Just 200 meters from the supermarket and bus and taxi services. From the villa you can walk to the promenade (75 meters), the beach (300 meters), supermarket (200 meters), restaurants (350 meters), Puerto Deportivo (800 meters), etc. But to really know the island, it is very useful to rent a car (the house has its own parking area), or if you do not want to drive, there is a taxi and bus service just 150 meters away. From the airport (35 km from Playa Blanca) there is a transfer and taxi service, as well as buses to the town of Playa Blanca.

I am very happy that you enjoyed the stay, Of course, there are positive and things that maybe not everybody see as that positive, being in a residential area, near bus stops, taxi services, supermarkets and coastal path, but it is good to see that you enjoyed it finally. Regarding the misunderstanding about the number of bathrooms, as I told you the arrival day, it has been the first time that has happened. I have double checked and in this platform there is not other option to explain it. It is detailed in the description of the villa, shown in the pictures, etc. I am sure that other villas will do things differently. I prefer to give my guests a personalized information about the area depending on their likes, but of course I think it is a good idea to have a basic information sheet at the villa. I have also revised in g maps the time it takes to walk to the coastal path and to the Marina (just in case it is me who walks very quickly), and it says 2 minutes to the coastal path and 12 minutes to the Marina. Once again, thanks very much.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Eva (the owner) a message.

If Eva (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
