Well situated on a quiet resort and Close To All The Local Amenities And The 2 New Water Parks. Ideal for couples and families wanting a relaxing holiday in quality accommodation.

4 bedrooms villa, within easy walking distance of Playa Blanca centre. The spacious and modern villa is furnished to a very high standard with air conditioning to the lounge and master bedroom (Coins sytem).

The comfortable lounge contains leather sofa, a dinning table, television with Dvd and Cd player.The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Kettle, Toaster, fridge freezer and a selection of quality cooking utensils,

The master bedroom en-suite includes a double luxurious bath / Jacuzzi and the rest bedrooms, share a family bathroom with a double shower. There is a security safe located in the fitted wardrobes of the master bedroom.

The private swimming pool is electrically heated (this services has and extra cost 10€ per day) . On the pool area there is a large terrace fully equipped with sun loungers and a large table covered with a pergola to provide welcome shade and enjoyable summer dinners during all year.

“Perfect villa”

Villa is really well equipped and is located an easy distance form the centre. Villa is a really good size and well equipped. Location from centre is good - 15 minute walk to 5 min is taxi and only costs around 4 euros. Anxa is a perfect host - really helpful and was a great help when we accidently locked ourselves out the villa.

We stayed at Casa Antia for 25 days from September till October 2016. The villa internally was as the photos show on the website. However, we feel this villa is let down by the outside area and lack of some facillities. The pool, after being at the villa for two days started to turn green and over the next few days got a lot worse. We did expect someone to turn up to clean it but after a week no one came. So, we rang the owner Angela. She told us that she would call and have a look. We also queried as to when the villa would be cleaned and the sheets changed.It took 14 days before the villa was cleaned. The following day Angela turned up and did arrange for us to have spare sheets for the bed and said she would organise for someone to come and clean the pool on that afternoon. Although the pool was cleaned it remained green for a day or so afterwards. Needless to say we felt that we could not use it and even when the water cleared after a few days the bottom of the pool was dirty again. Itl could have done with cleaning twice a week. Other villas we have stayed in have had a poolman twice a week. The pool area generally was not a comfortable area as there is no sun shade, no chairs (we did leave two folding chairs) and the trestle table and seats were extremely hard and uncomfortable to use so we did not sit out in the evening. Generally there was a lack of information in the villa. It would have been nice to have known how the hob and the fan operated. The wi-fi was poor and had to be signed into every time we had to use it. It kept dropping out during use. The Television was fine for Germans and Spanish but no English apart from Sky News and BBC World news. We have had many villas in the past but this was the most uncomfortable as far as outside living was concerned. It could have done with a few plant pots to soften the hardness of the concreted areas. Needless to say we will not be coming back to this villa!

Everything was the same like on the photos. We spend grat time in this place. The property is not too far from city centre. There is clean and tidy.
