Hotel facilities limited Autumn 2020 One pool open. Overlooking the sea, this first (top) floor apartment is in a privileged location - 1 minute stroll away from sandy beach and within easy walking distance to all amenities including restaurants, bars, shops and pool. Ideal for children too!! No car needed! The apartment is almost overlooking the best beach 'in town', and is situated about 10mins walk to the town centre, which is ideal for an evening stroll along the promenade. Enjoy the sunsets over Fuerteventura from your balcony, 2 SUN LOUNGERS provided and can be used on the balcony as can table and chairs! Being SOUTH FACING you get the sun most of the day. Many of our guests have said how much they enjoy just relaxing on the balcony, listening to and watching the sea. This is a privately owned apartment sharing with hotel complex. This is a cosy and desirable, sought after property that has slept up to 2A + 2 children. Consists of twin bedded room - made up as a large double unless otherwise requested; and one of the ikea sofas has a pullout bed - it is a small double and ok for 1-2 small children; and we also have a mobile Z bed, again ok for children). We do not recommend more than 2 adults, except up to 2 children extra. The property has a really good feel to it - stress and hassle free, allowing you to really enjoy your holiday! It has a nicely equipped original kitchenette, with a breakfast bar in the lounge /dining room area, but only a small oven within a microwave, and a small freezer compartment. No dishwasher or washing machine, but laundrette is near by, 100m. There is a very small 'juliet' balcony off the bedroom. There are buffet meal services at any of the nearby hotels.

Very pleasant location, with a safe, homely feel - and relaxing too, albeit not altogether completely quiet, as the site is popular with families in the school holidays enjoying nearby facilities, so plenty of holiday atmosphere. Nevertheless, ideal for anyone looking for all year round sun by the sea with panoramic views. (Various apartments in other areas are really quiet, like ghost towns and away from the sea, with few or no facilities!).

Cot hire and high chair hire available from our agent (at cost). Families and couples alike enjoy this apartment. Please note there is a charge of £90 for each booking less than £300, capped at £300. This covers our agent’s costs of preparation, cleaning, admin, and for being available if need be. This may be added to the rental cost manually when trying to book.

There is a washing machine and dryer within easy walking distance. 2 microwave ovens, one with grill/ convection oven. Small freezer shelf within the fridge, but no freezer. (best to buy food day to day - supermarkets are a short walk away, open until 22.00). TV includes some free channels in several languages. Air con included (reasonable use).. Maid service available on request, 40 euros approx per clean - call and pay direct to agent. Foldaway single bed free. Pull out small double bed - fine for young children. Cot hire is extra, but at cost price. This is a cosy and homely apartment, and ideal for 2 adults. However, there is enough space for 2 adults, and 1-2 small children if you use the living room as a bedroom at night. (3 beds in bedroom). We have refurbished the shower room, and the kitchen is next. We have supplied games, magazines and a few books. If you need anything extra, eg linen, please call/text the agent during your visit. Always let us know if you need anything sorting!

Lots of Palm trees. The terrace overlooks the sea and Fuerteventura, and you can just see the beach to the left side. 3 comfortable sun loungers, with table and chairs for 4. There are numerous facilities, amenities as well as an excursion office. All normal holiday amenities within walking distance. The apartment feels quite private despite the likelihood of other guests staying nearby.

Hi and thanks for this great review. I have delayed responding until after our November visit just to check on a few areas. We have slightly modified the shower area so it doesn't overflow like it did before. (This walk in shower was installed 4 years ago, and is very effective). We bought a great pull out sofa-bed, far bigger and more comfortable than before, so great for children now. The main bed is still very comfortable, and we have a fan for those wanting an all night breeze! The wifi now works fine, and able to watch Youtube and other internet services on the Smart TV, although best for emails etc. There is also site wifi which is free. Fibre optics have just been installed and will be activated soon. UK TV all works. The nearby bar that was referred to in another review has now closed down. There were no noise issues, and everything was great. As you say, great vantage point from the terrace that overlooks the sea to the South. There was very little to be concerned with, and the apartment has all the ingredients for a very enjoyable holiday. We can't wait to return ourselves! Thanks again for your review, and always welcome another time.

How do damage deposits work?

If Elizabeth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
