Pretty and fully-equipped one-bedroom bungalow in a super location just 50m from Flamingo Beach and Playa Blanca's harbour and main town.

Jardin del Sol is a small, tranquil complex and the bungalow is South facing, sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults 2 kids, with private patio and gardens overlooking the communal pool. Full kitchen, washing machine, SAT-TV, maid service.

My bungalow gets the sun all day and overlooks the pool with its own patio, garden and BBQ. You will find absolutely everything you need for your self-catering holiday. Kitchen comprises fridge, 4-ring electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board, ample cutlery, crockery & cooking utensils with spacious dining area & table to seat 4. In the bedroom there are twin beds, a hairdryer & safe and Mosquito nets over the back windows so that you can leave them open. There is Satellite TV in the living room, DVD player & film libraries plus a full double sofa bed. The bathroom has both bath and shower plus a washing machine and the maid calls weekly to clean and change linen.

There is ample parking at the side entrance to the bungalow, although car hire is not necessary because Jardin del Sol is located in one of the best spots in Playa Blanca.

You’ll find an excellent SPAR supermarket at the local shops (just a 2 minute walk from the side entrance to the complex).

The complex is perfect for young families and couples.

Your first point of contact before your holiday is me! But when you get to Lanzarote you will be best assisted by people on the island i.e. my letting agency - Freedom Properties. I pay them a small fortune to take care of my bungalow so if you find anything not as advertised please don't hesitate to visit Freedom (their offices are right opposite the complex, in the Club Puerto Chico complex) and tell them. If you are able to, do drop me a line also and between us we can resolve any problems as soon as humanly possible. Likewise, I simply ask that any breakages be reported to me or the lettings agency so that we have time to replace/fix them before the next guests arrive,

Jardin del Sol is a quiet complex in the lovely, family-orientated resort of Playa Blanca.
It is suitable for young families, couples and mature folk.
It's not a party or clubbing resort in any way, shape or form.

We don't take a damage deposit, all we ask is that breakages are reported to me or the lettings agency when they occur, so that we have time to fix/replace before the next guests arrive. This way the bungalow is always kept in tip-top maintenance.

Why can't I call Sharon (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sharon (the owner) a message.

If Sharon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
