THIS VILLA IS OWNED BY LANZAROTE FIRST. Lanzarote First is a villa rental company which has owned and operated villas in the resort of Playa Blanca for over 30 years. As we own all our villas we are able to ensure that they are maintained to the highest possible standard and are familiar with every aspect of the accommodation, down to even the most minute detail.

This villa consists of property reference 34899 (larger villa) and property reference 34956 (smaller villa) which are two detached villas next to each other in the same grounds connected by a footpath within the garden.

The villa is located in a prime residential area situated in an elevated position approximately 15 minutes walk from the Playa Flamingo beach, where there are a variety of shops and restaurants but there is also a local supermarket within a 5 minute walk nearby and a bus stop for the bus which circulates Playa Blanca.

This is a unique opportunity to stay in a lovely home with a private pool and unrivalled views over Playa Blanca, Los Lobos and Fuerteventura, the design of these properties has been to maximise the spectacular views from most rooms and the terrace. Thus this is an ideal location for a large party of family/friends with children taking a holiday together, sleeping a maximum of 12 people. Guests can really benefit from the outdoor life here as there are extensive terrace areas and a large covered terrace, so that the outdoors can be enjoyed at all times of the year. There is a large permanent table under the terrace roof, ideally suited for a large group, with easy access to the kitchen when dining outside. Both properties are comfortable, modern and stylish.

Larger house

The accommodation consists of 3 double bedrooms: 1 with king size bed, 2 with twin beds, 2 bathrooms: 1 en-suite to master bedroom, 1 next door to a twin bedroom. The en-suite bathroom has a w.c., walk-in shower, wash basin. The 2nd bathroom has a bath, shower, wash basin, and w.c. The lounge has a large picture window looking onto the terrace and views over Playa Blanca and across the sea to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. There is a door from the lounge and kitchen onto the terrace and pool area. Outside dining is so enjoyable either by sitting under the covered pergola at the static dining table or at the patio table on the other side of the terrace. Sun loungers and a large robust parasol are for your enjoyment on the terrace. The main entrance to the house is at the rear into a small vestibule, A large flat screen TV in the lounge has internet TV with Netflix for your entertainment. From the lounge there is an archway into the dining room which is circular and again has the same wonderful views. The dining room leads into a fitted kitchen which has oven, microwave oven, hob and fridge/freezer, dishwasher and granite work surfaces. The kitchen door leads out onto the dining area of the terrace which is very convenient.. Mosquito nets are fitted to all opening windows

The approximate pool dimensions are as follows: Length 8.8m, Width 5.2m, Depth 1.2m-1.6m

Smaller house

The accommodation consists of 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin, w.c., lounge, dining area and kitchen. Mosquito nets are fitted to all opening windows. There is a large terrace with dining furniture and sun loungers/parasol and the most spectacular views. The patio is secluded and is not seen from the main house it also has a roofed area for dining or lounging.

The main door leads directly into the lounge which is comfortably furnished and has a large picture window to enjoy the views. In the lounge there is a flat screen TV which has Internet TV with Netflix for your entertainment. From the lounge there is a circular dining area also with views, leading through into the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and has granite work surfaces fitted.

General

Free wi-fi is available in both houses.

There are air conditioning/heating units in all bedrooms which is charged on a pay as you use basis and portable heaters available if needed in winter months.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels for use within the villa are provided but pool and beach towels aren't however they can be hired from us if needed.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
