Whether you are a cosy couple or a gregarious family, the expanse of one level space will wow you. You are jolted from an incredible home from home ambience to an A- list star feel when you throw open the shutters and the folding patio doors to the glorious decked swimming pool area which is mood lit for night time dips.

Yes, that is a pool table at the end, great to have a knock around in the afternoon, then celebrate your win with a sundowner on the upper roof terrace. There is also a garden size connect 4 game.

Up on the roof, there are 360 views encompassing the rubicon range of mountains, macher, femes, las brenas, across to fuerteventura , then over to montana roja where you will see the sun drop into the sea by the lighthouse

The villa is within a 20 minute walk of the beach with a small selection of shops and bars and a 25 minute walk to the resort centre providing an array of shops, bars and restaurants, plenty of which can be found on the beach front promenade. It is also within a 25 minute walk of the new Marina Rubicon with a selection of upmarket shops and restaurants.

We have just spent 11 days in this beautiful Villa. The villa is very well maintained and situated our family needs. The outside area is perfect for a family with a Huge pool and seated area with a BBQ for evening cooking. This villa is something my family will return to next year and would highly recommend. The Villa is located near to the beach and a taxi cost is €4 and a 5 minute journey to the local town. We hired a car which was great for short trips to the local supermarket and water park.

How do damage deposits work?

If Virginia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
