Villa in one level, ideal for families with small children and for major persons. It has own with private heated pool ,air conditioning and internet conection ( Wi-Fi).

Located in a quiet area with magnificent views of the natural monument Los Ajaches and 600 meters away to the Las Coloradas beach and promenade and about 1500 m to the Marina Rubicon Harbour and the Papagayo beaches.

It has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third has a bunk bed, 2 bathrooms with bath (one en-suite), living room equipped with TV SAT, DVD and air conditioning with direct access to the pool and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and everything you need to make your stay more enjoyable.

The "Timanfaya National Park" National Park is a must, transformed by volcanic eruptions in the source 1730. You can detect these geothermal anomalies itself unusual two subsurface temperatures. Why not enjoy a camel ride in this amazing scenery? It is, without a shred of doubt, surreal and spectacular beauty.

"Monumento al Campesino": pieces of the famous artist César Manrique teachers laden symbolic references.

"Jameos and Cueva La Cueva de los Verdes": underground lava tubes formed by the lava flow from the eruption of the volcano of La Corona. Attractions La Cueva de los Verdes is like taking a magical journey to the center of the earth with more than 6 km of tunnels and a bright blue lake in the center.

Mirador del Río view: is located in the north of the island, with stunning panoramic views overlooking the islands of La Graciosa, Montaña Amarilla Alegranza and alongside other smaller islands.

Playa Blanca

Villa La Granja 8 is located in Playa Blanca town, the sunniest and most southerly resort, boasts many fine golden sandy beaches with placid waters and a beautiful promenade which extends from “Faro de Pechiguera” lighthouse to “Puerto de Marina Rubicón” harbor, and is lined with a whole range of cafes and wonderful restaurants to suit all tastes.

There are 2 harbours: “Playa Blanca” harbor which still retains the atmosphere of a once small fishing community and “Marina Rubicon” harbor where you can find luxurious yachts and the setting for water sports events such as transatlantic races, fishing competitions, regattas, surfing competitions, sailing courses, tennis courts, paddle courts, etc.

There is also a craft market held at the “Marina Rubicon” on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Here you can buy the usual range of leather goods, clothing and souvenirs.

The harbour is surrounded by a selection of luxury shops and exquisite restaurants.
Tranquil golden fine sandy beaches are provided by the “Playa Flamingo” and “Playa Dorada” resorts as well as the better known beaches of “Playas de Papagayo” where you can enjoy the sunlight, water sports or simply a stroll.

There are 4 “Playas de Papagayo” beaches and are located in a natural conservation area. These are unspoiled and undeveloped beaches with stunning coves, turquoise waters and fine golden sand.
