This villa provides a great, relaxing holiday! Just a few minutes' walk to the nearest beach with beautiful views towards Fuerteventura and just a 5 minute walk to the Papgayo beaches. Nice and quiet yet only a 10 minute walk to Marina Rubicon with all its bars, cafes and boutiques. There is also a twice weekly market.Only a 20 minutes walk to the harbour of Playa Blanca. Local buses also run into the centre and to the rest of the island from a bus stop at the top of the road, together with a taxi rank, meaning that a car is not essential when staying at this villa. The villa has a heated, south-facing pool with spectacular views of the sea and mountains. The lovely open terrace is great for chilling out and relaxing with a nice glass of wine. The villa has two double bedrooms, both with king-size beds and balconies, as well as one twin room. The master bedroom has a south-facing balcony with beautiful views over the sea towards the beaches of Papagayo, great for watching the sunset. The villa is ideal for couples or families wanting a relaxing holiday in the sun with plenty of amenities close by. Our cleaners also carry out a "meet and greet" which is very helpful for advice on the local area, restaurants etc, and for a small charge can also supply beach towels.

Very Good

“Lovely villa, very comfortable, great location, with sea view and private pool”

Reviewed 22 Oct 2018

Location is close to sea and coastal path, only 15 minutes walk to Rubicon Marina which has many good quality restaurants and bars. Nearby there is a local supermarket plus an Overseas store which are both only 2 or 3 minutes walk away. The villa is decorated to a very high standard. From the rear bedroom balcony there is a great view of the sea and the nearby coastal cliffs. We had a very relaxing break and enjoyed the private pool. The area is quiet but with lots to do nearby if you want. The owner Dave has been very helpful with arranging our booking and any questions we had were responded to promptly. We had a fantastic break, this was our second visit and we look forward to returning again.

“Great holiday”

Reviewed 15 Aug 2018

I've just returned from a lovely week at this villa, we couldn't have been happier. We chose is based on it being excellent value for money but we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. Highlights: Heated pool Walking distance to marina/restaurants View from main bedroom balcony English TV & wifi Supermarket 2 mins walk We love this area of Lanzarote, quiet, yet close to town - 4 euros in a taxi. There is a small bay close by which is great for rock pooling and the walk to the marina is lovely. All in all, a great holiday at a great price. The owner Dave was a pleasure to deal with, we hope to return in the future.

We had a fantastic holiday staying at Brisa Villa Lanzarote 16-6-18 / 23-6-18 with 4 Adults + 2 Kids there was more than enough room for everyone in the villa , no waiting to use the bathroom as there are 2. All channels on T.V. a large laundry room So we personally could have took less luggage. The villa itself is beautiful very clean + tidy Outside pool area is large with plenty of sunbeds table + chairs BBQ outside shower and fresh water pool. The villa is a 5min walk to a Spanish supermarket (DINO) and 50yrds left you have Waitrose/Iceland British shop with English speaking staff very friendly in both, if you walk down to the big hotel on Beach there is a small shopping area and a very well stocked Pharmacy on top floor , Tapas bars, Paulo’s was our bar most nights as he showed the football and entertains the kids, 10min walk in the other direction you are in Marina Rubicon which has a small harbour + shops lovely to sit and chill with a drink or two, 15mins further on you reach Playa Blanca which is beautiful plenty of shops + bars beach is beautiful here. If you’ve had enough walking and are all shopped out there are plenty of taxi ranks and are really cheap. From the villa to Playa Blanca return is only 8 euro. Dave the owner is absolutely brilliant nothing to much trouble always answers question + queries within the day . LOOKING FORWARD TO BOOKING OUR 2ND HOLIDAY WITH DAVE VERY SOON.

“Perfect home from home”

Reviewed 8 Jan 2018

This villa was just perfect. Extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Lots of little extras like books and games, there is also a DVD player but not much choice so bring a few with you. The location was brilliant. Two supermarkets at the top of the street one of which was equipped with many favourites from home. There were several shops and various restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Then there was Marina Rubicon just 10 minutes walk where there was a great choice of fabulous food and a lovely market on Wednesday and Saturday. Keep walking for another 10 minutes and you are in Playa Blanca where there are even more shops and restaurants. In short this is the perfect villa in the perfect location and you certainly don't need a car......we loved it.

“Excellent Family Holiday”

Reviewed 7 Jan 2018

Excellent family holiday, accommodation exceeded expectations. Fully equipped, wifi, with a sea view, heated swimming pool and plenty of space. Great location 5min walk to beach, cycle hire and the seaways which we enjoyed. 10 min walk to Marina Rubicon where there a plenty of restaurants's and further 10 min walk to Playa Blanca. If you don't want to walk you can get the number 30 bus that goes every half an hour and only 500m away to bus stop. Then maybe get the number 61 bus from the bus station and visit Puerto Del Carmen very inexpensive. The secluded and sandy Papagayo beaches are only a 20min walk in the other direction but worth the effort. The Dino supermarket and new Iceland store are on 200m away so ideal for all self catering requirement. Dave the owner was always to quick to respond to emails if there were any question or advice. Would use again without doubt.

“Very relaxing”

Reviewed 13 Nov 2017

Me and my wife booked this for 2 weeks last December we had been looking forward to it for ages monarch let us down going bump the panic set in a bit we could only get flights for the next day ie Sunday not Saturday I contacted the owner at 6 am to see if we could change the dates he got back to me 10 mins later and it was sorted that goes a long way with me as for the villa it was perfect for us going back next year with kids and grandkids the area where the villa is if you don't know the area is so chilled out and relaxing very little noise ie 20 separate radios all banging away just the sound of people having fun not in your face everyone has the same mindset of respecting other people's space everything is within a max 20 min walk or the bus into playa blanca is 5 mins from the door if that a taxi will cost 3-4 euros and the supermarket is on your doorstep and they have opened a Waitrose/Iceland 2 min walk away this stocks everything you can get back home not much more to add we've been to the area 3 years on the trot

“Great villa, relaxing holiday”

Reviewed 28 Jun 2017

Great location, with lovely views in a quiet area. There is small supermarket just 2 minutes walk away and a bus stop close by for Playa Blanca so a car is not a necessity though we chose to hire one (through Auto Plus Car who we'd highly recommend) as this was as cheap as paying for return airport transfers. Marina Rubcion is approx a 15 minute walk away along the lovely coastal promenade and has a good range of bars, restaurants and shops. We also walked into Playa Blanca a couple of evenings (approx 30-40 minute walk) & got a taxi back which cost less than 5€ The villa is spacious with good decor, tastefully furnished (with a lovely large comfy sofa), great wifi connection, a well equipped kitchen & comfortable beds. The heated pool was a real bonus, so warm and immaculately maintained. We have stayed many times in this area which we highly recommend for a relaxing holiday but this was our first stay at Brisa Marina villa and we would definitely stay again. The reason we give 4 stars rather than 5 is for a few minor issues though the owner is aware of these and will be resolving.

“Excellent location and exactly as pictured.”

Reviewed 15 May 2017

Villa is close enough for easy access to Marina Rubicon and Papagayo beaches, but in a very quiet area. View from master bedroom is amazing. Would definitely visit again.

“Family Holiday”

Reviewed 28 Apr 2017

On arrival everything seemed great. All looked clean and as described in the advert. The villa is in a good location, with lovely views, a well stocked supermarket at the top of the street, and an easy 10 - 15 minute walk to Marina Rubicon. In the other direction, a small rocky beach very close, and a small shopping centre, with another good supermarket. The pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the children (14 & 7) spent a lot of time in it! The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and crockery, and just enough pans and oven dishes to put a simple meal together. The beds, although very low, were comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe space in each room, and a useful safe in the master bedroom wardrobe. Although there was a TV, we were unable to get any reception for any channels apart from Radio channels. The Wifi worked perfectly, which was useful for us all! The outdoor area was well equipped with sun beds, table and chairs, and the Canopy was very welcome for outside dining at lunchtime. My only citicism is that the interior and exterior is a bit scruffy and tired looking. It wouldn't take too much to tidy it up a bit. From what we could see, the villas on either side of us had much newer facilities, and looked a little more cared for. The interior of the villa just needs a good deep clean, I.e. Under beds and other furniture, and in the corners of the kitchen and bathrooms were very dusty and obviously got missed when the villa is cleaned between lets. I would stay at this villa again in the future due to its location, I would just like to see that it is cared for a little more!!

Owner's reply: Hi Debbie Thanks for your review. All suggestions for improvents we take on board. We just wanted to say that since you stayed at the villa, we have had the whole of the inside repainted. We have bought two new single beds which fit higher off the floor. New curtains have been fitted together with new cushions and new bedding We have also bought a lot more crockery and pans etc. We also had a large brick barbecue built which has proved a big success. We replaced the pool cover and the outside of the villa has been repainted as have all the boundary walls. We were able to do all this work during a period of 12 days when the villa was quiet. Before then it had been booked pretty much consistently so making refurbishments work difficult. Hopefully if you were to return you would see a big difference and all for the better. Kind regards Dave

“Great Villa”

Reviewed 12 Feb 2017

My friend and I stayed here for a week for my 50th birthday. Perfectly located with a beautiful view of the sea from the main balcony. Grocery shop 1 minute away. We hired a car and received instructions how to get to the Villa, which were fine. (I download offline Google Maps to use too). The Villa had everything we needed. Wifi was a bonus. Can't think of any negatives, and we hope to be back. There were only 2 of us, but it has 3 bedrooms and there is more than enough room for a family.
