This end of terrace house is situated in a quiet backwater of the town centre and is ideally situated for events at the Racecourse, University and Literature Festival. Street parking is available witha permit supplied by the owner or pay and display car park at the rear of the property.

Like a "tardus" this light and airy house is deceptively spacious and unbelievably can sleep up to 6 people in 2 twin bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms, which share an upstairs bathroom with shower. No sleeping in the lounge in this property!!

The fully fitted kitchen, with tiled floor, enables guests to heat a microwave meal or cook a full Sunday roast!

The sitting room has wood laminate flooring for ease of cleaning and offers 2 comfy sofas , 32" TV and a dining table and chairs which will seat 6 people.

A private sunny rear garden is great for relaxing after a hard days work or hiking round the Cotswolds. Table and chairs are supplied for the terrace and a BBQ on request. Enjoy those Summer evenings sitting outside with a well earned tipple! Shops and an array of local pubs and restaurants are within 2 mins walk.
