New to the market in 2018, Oshnie Cottage is a perfect retreat for couples looking to get away from it all. Located in a rural setting yet close to the picturesque towns of Pitlochry and Dunkeld, a wealth of attractions is just a short drive away. We are perfectly located for those who enjoy walking and cycling with trails available directly from the doorstep. If you prefer something less active, our hot tub and decking area provides a little luxury away from home. The cottage has been refitted to include a double size waterfall shower, king size bed and new gas heating system so can be enjoyed all year round. In fact, we love the hot tub in the snow! With several restaurants, bars and shops within easy reach by car, you may choose to eat out however if you prefer, our kitchen comes complete with everything you need to cook for yourselves with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. We provide all towels, bathrobes and disposable slippers for your comfort during your stay. Off road parking available for two cars on the driveway. Perfect little cottage in the perfect setting!! Just needed little weekend break. Absolutely nothing but good to say about Oshnie. From the beautiful decor, very comfy bed to the lovely little touch of biscuits being left for us. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely book to go back in the future.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joanna (the owner) a message.

If Joanna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
