Villa is located at the most spectacular place in Cyprus at half way from Limassol to Paphos in Pissouri Bay area at Melanda Hill, positioned on an elevated plot with spectacular sea view.

The position of this fabulous villa offers to the visitor the chance to enjoy an amazing sea view to Mediterranean sea from the observation roof terrace (110m2).

The private pool (4x8m) is perfectly maintained by professional - for the proper level of the PH and CL, to be safe for kids.

All rooms are air-conditioned and heated by regular central heating (for the wintertime)

The huge living room allows comfortable dining for 8 people, relaxing on the sofas, play with kids, etc.

There are three bedrooms (each for 2 people sleep) and three bathrooms with the toilet and shower. Master bathroom has also the bathtub.

Kitchen is fully equipped, with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee maker and all dishes you may need.

There is intentionally NOT grown garden, just gravel - to keep it as friendly for allergic people as possible.

Villa has a lot of space for parking several cars or event boat.

The best way to get around is to rent a car or electric bike. Both rental facilities are less than 1km from the villa. Since we know owners for years, you will get the best rate available!

We know Cyprus really well. It is a beautifull island with an incredibly rich history and great people. Once you will book our villa, we will offer you an online meeting and we can help you to schedule your stay. Just a 100m from the villa is our good friend Russ and in the Pissouri village our property manager Ivanca. Whatever you may need - they will arrange for you.

Stayed here for two weeks in probably one of the most beautiful villas I've ever stayed in. The villa itself is perfect and then we move onto its location - it has an unbroken Mediterranean sea view during the day and at night the lack of light polution is amazing for stargazing with a loved one with a glass of wine. I actually cant put into words fully how good this villa is no matter how I try. Moving on to the owner. Well were can I start.. super responsive, attentive, reliable and a helpful. From recommending places to go to resolving any minor issues (for example, I needed a new net for cleaning pool in the morning, not because it needed it because my wife is a pain and needs it immaculate every day :), so texted the owner in the morning, the pool guy was then out that evening to clean the pool thoroughly and provide a net too). This is just one of many good examples. Further more, to make you understand how good the owner was I will be giving him an extra 100 euros as a thank you from my wife and I. He really was that good. I will only warn this... Give this villa a miss and IT IS YOUR LOSS..!!
