Description

A unique medieval townhouse newly refurbished to an exceptionally high specification throughout and now available for rent in the charming medieval village of Pigna, Liguria. The house is well equipped, beautifully furnished and offers two good sized bedrooms featuring exposed stonework. Bedroom one has a king size bed and bedroom two a double bed, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to four guests. Both bedrooms offer luxurious goose down quilts, quality linen and selection of pillows for your comfort. Large fluffy bath towels are also supplied together with complimentary Molton Brown Toiletries.

The accommodation comprises Cosy Lounge with Pellet Stove, 42" Android 4K Television and Blu-Ray DVD Player, Magnificent Breakfast Kitchen featuring Integrated Siemens Appliances including 5 Ring Gas Hob, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer and Washing Machine, Granite Work Surfaces and beautiful dining area with seating for six. A Luxurious Bathroom with Whirlpool Bath, Large Walk-In Shower and Vanity Sink is a lovely space to refresh or unwind. A large sunny terrace with built in BBQ, together with table & chairs seating six provides a fabulous outdoor space in which to relax and enjoy that cheeky glass of vino! A secure cellar is also available ideal for storing bikes, hiking gear etc. The townhouse offers a good selection of books, dvds and games for your enjoyment. We also supply beach towels for your convenience. Great local shops, bars, coffee shops and restaurants serving superb local cuisine and wine are available within walking distance of the house. There is also a large selection of excellent restaurants a short drive away in Dolceacqua, Apricale and Isolabona. Village festivals regularly take place in the area and are a great way to experience authentic Italian life and are lots of fun! A perfect year round climate, makes this an ideal holiday home for a Summer or Winter escape! With the glitz and glamour of the coastal towns, the peace of the valleys and great local cuisine Liguria offers something for everyone.

Car hire is recommended to explore the region at leisure however public transport is available. The local bus leaves Ventimiglia and stops at all the medieval villages en-route to Pigna. The train service is excellent along the coast for exploring both the French and Italian Riviera.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
