Description from owner

Description

The Chateau de Varennes is being owned by the same family for 400 years. The main buildings were built in the eighteen century in the most classical French style (ceilings in the reception rooms are 4 meters high).

The Chateau offers huge habitable space (2,000 sqm = 22,000 sq ft) and was fully renovated by famous interior designers and landscapists. The electricity, plumbery, heating and Internet access are all new. All the rooms are very well equipped and decorated with high quality materials. A separate reception building can host weddings and large events (up to 250 guests in a single banquet hall, unlimited numbers in the gardens). The property can be hired on an exclusive basis and an in house chef is available for meals prepared with local fresh produce (our gardeners grow our own strawberries, herbs, salads, etc). Pricing for housekeeping and catering upon request. Late deals can also be negotiated
