The apartment has its own entrance and occupies the whole 1st and top floors of this classical building next to the ancient city wall.

Private parking, large roof terrace (55m2) with great views over the valley and Montalcino. 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and 2 large twin rooms with family bathroom. AC/heating is paid according to consumption and final cleaning euro 100,- is left on departure.

Completely renovated in 2012 with AirCondition, travertine marble on all floors, Philip Stark bathrooms, kitchen with SMEG appliances etc. Dishwasher/washing machine/tumble drier, satTV with SKY-package and DVD, Geneva hifi iPod/iPhone-dock and WiFi free of charge. Jacuzzi for 6 people on roof terrace with spectacular view over Montalcino.

The apartment is located in the charming ancient town of San Quirico close to the famous towns of Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano. There are 8 restaurants, supermarket, butcher, shops and more just by your doorstep.

Close to the flat there is a hotel with swimming pool (also a childrens pool) and stunning views of the Tuscan hillside.

    Fantastic base for a group of photographers. It was great to chill out on the terrace after early starts . Everyone had there own space and we never felt crowded

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Daniel (the owner) a message.

    If Daniel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
