Safari from your own private terrace! Have the children play in the private splash pool while enjoying the sunset or the African stars.. a magical experience. Welcome to Bushvilla Umoja Kruger (the spirit of togetherness); to be rented as self catering or bed&breakfast.

Bushvilla Umoja Kruger has three large double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, a spacious modern and comfortably furnished living room which extends into a large luxury furnished kitchen/dining area. The house is fully furnished with a leather sitting area, a dining area for 8, DSTV and fee Wi-Fi. The wrap around terrace, forms ideal indoor/outdoor living and is partly covered by the thatched roof. You will find a large stone barbecue (braai) and a splashpool overlooking a watering hole for the animals that roam freely over the Estate. A comfortable lounge set, an outside dining area and seating areas everywhere to enjoy a good glass of African wine while listening at those typical bushsounds. The covered private carport offers parking for 2 cars. A large garden secures your privacy Busvilla Umoja Kruger can be rented as self catering but also as B&B and we can organize a ready-to-use BBQstarterpack for you upon arival (to be paid on site) . This beautiful African bushvilla is situated on a four star graded estate on a Nature Reserve, directly adjacent to, and overlooking the Kruger Park. The estate,also offers two large swimming pools, with covered seating areas and an honesty bar as well as a simple tennis court. The ideal place for just one night (altough we recommend min. 3 nights) as well as a base from where to visit many highlights. Bushvilla Umoja Kruger - wildlife without fences: impressing all types of travellers, whether you are visiting for business or holiday.

Enjoy the luxuries of a hotel like daily housekeeping, laundry service ($) and the possibility of breakfast at a communal area but have the added privacy of a home. The professional, courteous and friendly staff is at your disposal to ensure that your stay is as memorable and enjoyable as possible.

Our aim is to offer our guests not only a beautiful holiday house, but a unique holiday experience at an affordable cost.

To really make this a trip of a lifetime we highly recommend that you go on (private) game drive in the Kruger park, a full day, a morning, afternoon or half day drive is possible. And especially if you are a birder or an experienced gamewatcher, on a private drive (from 4p) you can decide with the ranger what you want to stop for and you will learn a lot about the Kruger wildlife.

COVID-19: we follow local protocols and social distancing. During the pandemic no daily housekeeping but during longer stays after 4 days and upon appoinment when you are not in the house to minimize contact between guests and staff. The house is kept empty 24 hrs before arrival and complimentary hand sanitizing gel and cleaning spray are offered. Almost contactless check-in (only temp check).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chantal (the owner) a message.

If Chantal (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
