Wonderful apartment, very well appointed with all the comforts of home. a fantastic view from the balcony night and day. would definitely use again in the future.

“Excellent apartment”

Mike was really helpful and quick at replying to any questions that I had prior to and after booking. The apartment has everything that you need, a real home from home. The pictures of the large balcony/terrace dont do it justice, really beautiful views and perfect for chilling there day or evening, good sun trap however has shade as well! Great storage, wifi, facilities within apartment (even 2 hairdryers!!) Excellent location and only a couple of minutes drive to Peyia centre, where you have a good choice of restaurants, bars, supermarket etc. I would recommend having a car. Lots of parking spaces at apartment block. Swimming pool was lovely and quite often we had it all to ourselves. I'm really fussy with my holidays as I work in the travel industry however I wouldnt hesitate in returning to stay at the apartment again. Thank you Mike and look forward to returning to my new favourite apartment in Peyia!

“Fantastic”

As a regular visitor to Cyprus I can honestly say that this apartment is by far the best that I've stayed at. It was spotless and had everything you need from a full equipped kitchen to the amazing view. I would most definitely book this apartment again and I highly recommend it.

“Perfect for all”

This is our sencond time staying at this wonderful apartment. It has everything you need and everything has been thought of to make for a great base for your holiday. We stayed for three weeks this time, still not long enough. There is a large balcony which has cover from the sun and also four sunbeds for sunbathing, The views from this balcony during the day are great you can seek all round fo Paphos and Coral bay. But it is night time which is special, from the lignts around the balcony to the twinkling lights of the surrounding area, very special and so relaxing, The apartment itself is very well maintained and so comfortable and in such a great location,, away from the hustle and bustle but with lovely sandy beaches just ten minutes drive and so many great restaurants to choose from. We will be back.

“Fantastic apartment with wonderful views”

This is the third time we've been to the apartment and will return in the future. It has everything you need for your holiday. A very large balcony, one half under cover for when you eat and then there's room enough for 4 sun beds. You're up in the hills of Peyia and the views are wonderful, you could sit there all night taking in everything. The apartment is extremely well equipped and very homely. You're not far from the beach, about a 10 minute drive and 20 minutes from Paphos soma great base to explore the island.

“wonderful apartment with fabulous views”

This is the second time we've used the apartment and we're going back again next year. The apartment has everything you need, great kitchen, very comfortable lounge, two lovely bedrooms and the balcony has one side uncovered for sunbathing the other covered for eating/drinking in the shade. The views from the balcony are stunning, both in the day and night and you never get tired of them. Can't wait to go back next year.

“Perfect Apartment for a Perfect Holiday”

This is the second time we have stayed here and the apartment is still in perfect condition. The owners (June and Mike) have thought of everything and have even added wi-fi since our last visit. It's the little touches that make staying here so pleasurable. I fully agree with the other reviews and can only suggest you try the Green Hill Restaurant which is literally around the corner and with stunning views and food. Checkout the Grande when they have Moussaka on the menu. The Savvas grill restaurant in the village, serves great traditional fayre, and has the best house wine I've tasted.

If your looking for a stunning apartment with fabulous views which is furnished and equipped to a very high standard book this one you will not be disappointed. The apartment is located in a very well maintained block where the pool and gym are are spotless. On entering the apartment there is a modern kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you could possible need whilst on holiday, The apartment is well appointed with two good sized bedrooms along with a good size lounge area. The large balcony area though is the real bonus with sun from dawn to dusk and views which can only be described as stunning. There is undercover parking available which in the hot months is a real bonus. The owners have really thought of everything to ensure whatever you may need for your holiday is catered for even down to providing cool bags for use on the beach. The apartment is located towards the top of a steep hill which is small price to pay for the panoramic views on offer and can be easily overcome by hiring a vehicle whilst on holiday which is no major problem as the locals drive on the left(same as UK) and road signs are in English. There is a multitude of quality restaurants within a five minute drive or fifteen minute walk where the food is great and restaurant staff very welcoming. In summing up if you are looking for a base for exploring the Paphos area of Cyprus you will not find any better than this apartment.

This apartment is of the highest quality. No expense has been spared and you will find every facility required, from air con in each room, a fully functional kitchen to a TV and hifi with an ipod dock in the living room. There was also a reliable wifi connection available. The beds are very comfortable, as are the sofas. There is also a safe and a front door key safe so you can never lose the key on a day out! Overall the apartment is clean and modern and makes for a very comfortable stay. The apartment also boasts a large terrace half of which is under cover so there is an escape from the sun if needed, as I frequently did! The views are stunning. The apartment is near the top of the hillside and overlooks Peyia and Coral Bay. We were lucky enough to witness an incredible thunderstorm hitting Peyia and you could see where the lightening was striking just below. Peyia itself is just a 10 minute walk away (if you don't mind a bit of a climb back) or if you are driving out we can strongly recommend Kathikas (about 7km into the hills above) as there are some lovely restaurants there. Coral Bay beach is only a ten minute drive away and has all the facilities you need for a lazy day at the beach. Avakas Gorge is also well worth a look if you like a walk and the last castle restaurant on the hilltop above is a great place for lunch if you've built up an appetite. Also on the road to the Gorge and beyond is Lara bay and Turtle beach - these are beautiful places to visit, but be warned, this a white road so a 4x4 is strongly recommended, if not essential, especially if you take the road all the way to Latchi as we did - quite an experience! Overall it was a very relaxing holiday and we would strongly recommend the apartment to anyone looking to stay in this area of Cyprus. Nick and Amy
