Pelagia is an outstanding luxury villa with sparkling private heated pool and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and Yeronnissos Island.

Located in the prestigious area of Agios Georgios (St George) and Sea Caves and 5 minutes from the bustling coastal towns of Coral Bay and Peyia with all of their restaurants and facilities, this location has it all.

The villa is fortunate enough to be located within walking distance of the fabulous Cap St George Beach Club with its wonderful restaurant overlooking the gorgeous Maniki Beach as well as near to the beach at St George harbour and its pretty ancient church with utterly incredible views towards the protected Akamas Peninsula, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The Akamas Peninsula is waiting to be explored with its magnificent Lara Bay Beach being home to nesting turtles.

This is a very peaceful area dotted with some of the most stunning properties on the island. You can enjoy the tranquillity of the area, take walks along the breath-taking coastline and yet be only 5 minutes away by car from fantastic restaurants, supermarkets and 2 beautiful blue flag beaches at Coral Bay and Corallia as well as 25mins from Paphos with its harbour, medieval castle and ancient monuments and mosaics at Tombs of the Kings. For golf enthusiasts, take your pick from several golf courses including the world class 18 hole PGA championship golf course at the luxury resort Aphrodite Hills just outside Paphos.

The villa itself is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens with bougainvillea, frangipane, lemon, lime and orange trees and numerous palm and topiary trees. We also have two hammocks where you can relax in the shade. Beyond the garden the villa looks out onto a banana plantation. There is a large pool which can be floodlit at night.

Villa Pelagia is a family owned property. Unlike many of the villas listed, this is a privately owned villa, and, as such, great care has been taken to maintain high standards in the villa. The villa is looked after by our excellent team who provide villa and pool cleaning, gardening and property maintenance. We also have a lovely English speaking agent who lives locally who is happy to answer all your questions and will be your primary contact should you need any assistance.

This is our holiday home which we love to visit, and we want our guests to enjoy the villa and the area just as much as we do so we make sure that every year thorough maintenance is carried out and items replaced or updated as necessary. For example, this year we replaced all of our air conditioning units and also replaced the pool liner so that the pool is like brand new. We also upgraded all of our bed linen on our very comfy beds and have provided brand new bathroom towels.

When you book the villa, you will receive a list of recommendations for restaurants in the Paphos area which we have visited personally and a list of recommended excursions and day trips etc. We are always available to answer any of your questions either before or during your holiday.

Villa Pelagia is an extremely spacious villa (300sqm) which has been stylishly furnished and immaculately presented throughout and is clutter free. It is bright and airy and fully air conditioned throughout.

The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms (2 double bedrooms both with en suite facilities and 2 twin bedrooms). One of the double bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the pool area through patio doors. There is also a large family bathroom upstairs.

There is a large open plan living and dining area and a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen which all overlook the pool and garden area through patio doors. We have excellent Wi-Fi and Internet TV broadcasting most prime Sky TV channels, including BBC, the ITVs, Sky Sports etc. and free Movies on Demand. There is also a huge basement with a full size table tennis table, table football, Wii console - perfect for kids! The basement also has a washing machine, tumbler dryer, sink and ironing facilities.

A wide balcony runs the full length of the upstairs which can be accessed directly from all three upstairs bedrooms and from the ground via an outdoor staircase. From the balcony you will find stunning views of the Mediterranean and Yeronnisoss Island where you will experience the most dramatic sunsets in Cyprus. There are also far reaching views towards the mountains and the Akamas Peninsula. This is the perfect spot to have a drink at the end of the day and watch the sun drop behind the horizon.

A teak outdoor dining table with shade can seat eight and is perfect for dining beside the pool. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided. For an additional fee, the pool can be heated but this is not necessary in the summer months.

The property has a gated driveway and there is street parking available too.

“Great stay at Jenny's villa!”

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. We stayed for a month on beautiful Cyprus and had an amazing time in the villa. Murray, the caretaker of the villa, is an amazing guy who helped us get familiar with the villa, the island and everything there is to know. Would love to go back again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jennifer (the owner) a message.

If Jennifer (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
