The house was just what we were looking for!Great facilities and fantastic location.The bars and restaurants are just up the hill (abit of a walk but worth it) and only €5 euro in a taxi to coral bay.We will definitely be staying here again!

Thank you Dave and Lynn for making us so welcome in your house. We found it just to our liking for the 8 weeks we stayed there, the location suited us perfectly, only being 10 mins from beaches, shops and restaurants in Coral Bay area. We enjoyed the restaurants, both traditional Cypriot and Mediterranean menus with great tavernas located along the Sea Caves Road. The Neos sports bar and restaurant and bowling club really made our holiday. We will be back, thanks again. Ian and Thelma

Excellent, clean, well equipped accommodation in a quiet situation with a lovely communal pool area with loungers. Some of the properties are owner occupied and the neighbours were very friendly and gave good advice about where to visit. The owners of our property live locally and could not have been more kind and helpful to us. The accommodation is a short car ride to lovely beaches and a great selection of excellent restaurants - many with live music. It is also well situated for trips to the mountains and wineries. Kolios winery comes highly recommend and has wonderful views. All in all it was the perfect holiday for us and we have already booked to return to Eva Gardens.

We have used this accommodation before and find it the most relaxing place we have ever been. Home from home in fact. Everything you could want. The accommodation is kept to a very high standard by Mr & Mrs Webb and they can be contacted anytime if you should have any problems. There is a pleasant patio with a sitting area and a small garden which is metres away from the generous size swimming pool. The pool area is surrounded by flowers and shrubs. Peyia village is less than a mile away with many tavernas and restaurants. There is a very nice friendly restaurant within walking distance that has Cypriate dancing twice weekly. A car is beneficial. We have booked again for 2014 and really looking forward to it.

Peaceful spot ,transport is necessary, but ideal for getting out and about.plenty of good eating places within easy assess and shopping ie supermarkets plentiful. We love the slower pace of life but nearby Coral Beach has nightlife if required or sit in a restaurant and watch the world go by.

Eva Gardens is set in the foothills above Coral Bay,with lovely ocean breezes.The open plan living areas are spacious and the terrace is ideal for outdoor dining.There are two good size bedrooms with bathroom between. Payia village is a short drive away with typical Cypriot shops ,traditional restaurants and a sizable supermarket. The central swimming pool at Eva Gardens is an oasis to soak up the warm Mediterranean sun.

We stayed in eva gardens 14 to 21st oct 2012, we had such a wonderful relaxing break, david and lynn the owners of the property looked after us with all we needed, very nice couple, we found it immaculate and so comfortable, swimming pool only yards away from your own patio garden outside so you can please yourself when you want a dip or stay by the poolside on the loungers.So nice just to take things at your own pace, could not fault a thing and would definitely reccommend it, and its close situation to coral bay and paphos.

This is the second time we have stayed at this accommadation. This time with my wife and adult son and daughter. Once again everything was first class. Dave and Lynne, the owners, could not do enough for us and nothing was to much trouble for them. The accommadation was comfortable and spacious enough for all 4 of us. The swimming pool is just through the gate from the patio. Thanks Dave & Lynne we hope to return soon.

I have had 3 holidays at eva gardens. This time my sister and brother-in-law came too. They were very impressed with the villa and the complex facilities. Lynn and Dave make you very welcome and the villa contains everything you need for a great holiday. I hope I will be back next year. Lynne Vivien and Ken.
