This apartment is on the top floor with a private roof terrace overlooking the costaline and the Mediterranean Sea whilst behind are mountain views, resembling that of a Greek Island. There is plenty room with 3 sun loungers and tables and chairs. The development is set on the hillside within the picturesque village of Peyia with the heart of the village only a 10 minute walk away. Full of atmosphere, Peyia offers several coffee shops, supermarkets and a variety of quaint taverns for all tastes. Peyia provides residents with a warm welcome and a real taste of Cyprus while being only a mile from the blue flag beach resort of Coral Bay, which boasts the best beaches in this unspoilt corner of the country. The complex is easy walking distance (330-600m) from a large supermarket at least 2 other shops, a bakery, a gym, a bank, many restaurants and bars. Things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, Reptile Park, Horse Riding, the protected Akamas Peninsula & Lara Nature Reserve, hiking / walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, sailing and many more. Amusement and water parks in Paphos are also easily accessible from Coral Bay as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings. If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas, Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski! Access to the property is flexible depending on your arrival time. We can organise a taxi transfer or hire car at a discounted rate picked up from the airport.

The Paphos District

Paphos District is situated in the western part of Cyprus. The old capital of the island, it enjoys UNESCO World Heritage Site protection with a stunning port and the backdrop of an old Medieval Castle, an abundance of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops, in addition to excellent access to some of the most beautiful parts of Cypus.

Peyia

Peyia is a town in Cyprus with population approximately 10,000 residents. Peyia is situated mainly on the steep slopes of the coastal hills inland from Coral Bay, at the southern end of the Akamas Peninsula, and it lies 12 km north of Paphos. It has a large population of British ex-pats and a growing number of holiday homes and apartments. In the town centre can be found a town hall, church, police station and several small shops, restaurants and banks. Due to its hillside location many parts of the town offer views over Coral Bay and Paphos.

Peyia actually covers a large area stretching from the Peyia Forest on the hills high above the village in the north, to the sea in the south, and from the Bay of Maa in the east to the Akamas peninsula in the west. However the name is used more frequently in respect to the town.
