The lounge and bedroom both opens onto a terrace with private garden and sea views with beautiful surrounding landscaped gardens. The complex features 2 large swimming pools with bathing areas, poolside outdoor showers, poolside indoor showers, poolside indoor toilets and changing rooms, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, gym, sauna, games room with pool table, table tennis and pool bar etc. This stylish property is set on the fringe of traditional Peyia village. All of the places mentioned are of real good value and a lot cheaper than the tourist areas of Paphos and Coral Bay.ATTENTION: We have many friends who own apartments on this luxury complex so if you are a large group such as a wedding party etc then this is your ideal location where the whole party can be together on the same complex. The apartment accommodates and caters up to 4 guests, and will appeal to a family or friends wishing to holiday together or even a couple looking for a high quality self catering accommodation in a quiet and peaceful location. Furnished to a very high standard creating a feeling of home from home giving you everything that you need for a wonderful holiday. Furnished throughout with real nice quality furniture and co-ordinated accessories. The open plan living area comprises of kitchen, lounge and dining area with a fully fitted kitchen features full granite worktops, fan assisted oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, all in stylish silver and chrome finish. Fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. There is drinking water on tap and all appliances needed to cater for indoor or alfresco dining out on the sun terrace. The property has large fitted wardrobes and cupboards with ample storage and key safe for valuables.
The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with 2 bedside lamps, 1 large dressing table and stool, dressing table mirror, 1 large dress mirror on wall, fitted wardrobes, quality bed linen, black out blinds, curtains, air conditioning, ceiling fans, sun & insect screens, TV in bedroom also.
The modern stylish bathroom offers a relaxing bath with a refreshing shower with constant supply of hot water due to the solar panel heating system fitted to the roof. There is also a separate immersion heater that can be switched on to give you hot water, bath and hand towels also included. The luxurious sofa in the spacious living area converts into a large double sofa bed ideal for adults or children. There is also a 42" LCD SMART TV with full UK TV CHANNELS, we also have local satellite offering around 30 English speaking channels, DVD player, CD player so remember to bring your favourite films and CD's.
The apartment has been furnished to accommodate 4 adults or a family. A baby travel cot and high chair are provided unlike other apartments where you have to pay an extra fee for these.

The lounge and bedroom both lead out via patio doors onto a terrace with beautiful private garden with sea views. The terrace has been equipped with patio table and chairs providing seating for 4 people, as well as sun loungers.
Linen and bedding are provided, beach towels are provided and can also be used around the pool area, this will give you more packing allowance in your suit case for those extra items or clothes you wish to take with you.
The sun loungers are not to be taken over to the poolside and are for use only on the terrace at the property. There are sun loungers provided at poolside.
The complex features 2 large swimming pools with bathing areas, poolside outdoor showers, poolside indoor showers, poolside indoor toilets and changing rooms, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, gym, sauna, games room with pool table, table tennis and pool bar etc.
There is also adequate car parking spaces at the property for guests. There is a bus that runs frequently to the beach and local shops in Coral Bay, also a local reliable taxi service available.
The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival and beds made for your convenience. Spare bedding, towels and cleaning materials are provided. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for a small charge.

The Paphos District
The beautiful Paphos district is formed from many villages along the west coast of Cyprus. The region consists of idyllic countryside, contemporary resorts, historical sites and is steeped in history and surrounded by preserved archaeological sites and many sporting activities. Paphos has something for everyone at any time of the year with its all year round Mediterranean climate and warm vibrant culture.
Paphos is considered an all year round holiday destination with over 335 days a year of sunshine. The long summer season is from May to October and temperatures can reach the high 30s(C) in July and August with nearly 11 hours of guaranteed sunshine each day.

The centre of Paphos town is divided between the newly regenerated Kato Paphos tourist harbour area, lined with chic street cafes, fresh sea food restaurants and shopping by day and lively bars and night clubs at night down the famous Bar Street.
Set up on a gently sloping hillside, Peyia is a quiet, traditional village overlooking Coral bay. The village retains much of its traditional stone Greek village houses and little winding streets with a very pretty stone built church and a good selection of shops at the centre including banks, doctors, fishmongers, etc. It also offers a good selection of lovely traditional tavernas where you can try the local fish or meat meze, there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets and fantastic bakeries.
Peyia is a peaceful village which has become a haven for british ex-pats, whilst retaining all of its original charm and still holds on to its strong cypriot values and ways of life.
Here you can eat at the popular restaurants, including the Peyia Tavern, Savvas Grill and Sophie's, which offer themed food evenings throughout the week .

The person who rents out the apartments is very in Touch with his clientele .. Nothing is too much for them and they have a lovely lady who is there to help with anything.. A phone call and she was there to help. Lovely and quite. Surrounds. Car is needed but all information is in the apartment or Andrew himself will arrange contacts for you..
