Description

Spacious apartment (86 sqm) with "huge" south-facing balcony (21 sqm) and "superb sea view". The balcony gets the sun ALL day. The 18m long on-site swimming pool has Roman steps and a shallow end for children. The apartment is located on the €5m Peyia Paradise development just 2.5 km from Coral Bay. One double bedroom. One twin bedroom. The apartment has two three-seater sofas (bought new from IKEA Nicosia in May 2018) in the lounge. Imagine...waking up in the morning, sliding open the patio-door, strolling out onto the spacious balcony and enjoying breakfast in the warm sunshine whilst gazing out at the Med. Whenever you're feeling thirsty, simply step inside the apartment to grab an ice-cold drink from the fridge before returning to your padded sun-lounger to continue reading the best-seller you found in the wardrobe of the twin-room upon your arrival. If you ever get too hot, take a refreshing dip in the large communal swimming pool. In the evening pour yourselves a drink before relaxing on the balcony and admiring stunning sunsets. Many guests have returned to the apartment as they have found it has a "home-from-home" feel. The local beach is a pleasant 30-minute stroll, or just five-minutes by car, past colourful fields and banana plantations. There is FREE Broadband Wi-Fi Internet. 32" flat-screen colour TV with 'catch-up' TV including SKYSPORTS, SKY1, SKY ATLANTIC, SKY ARTS, BT SPORTS + all of the popular UK TV & radio channels. Getting around

Car hire is recommended, as it makes it far easier to get around the island. However, if you decide not to hire a car, buses run from Peyia to Coral Bay & Paphos and there are a number of local taxi companies. It is also possible to hire bicycles, quad-bikes and beach-buggies from nearby Coral Bay. In addition, the local supermarket will not make a charge to deliver you and your shopping to your door.

House rules

We respectfully ask guests to remove rubbish from the apartment daily by making use of the bins at the top of the car park. In addition, there are recycling bins in the car park in the village square.

Guests are asked to behave in a manner that will not affect other guests staying at Peyia Paradise. If you want to play loud music and party late into the night, please seek accommodation elsewhere.

“Excellent property”

Lovely apartment with a large balcony,has everything you require for a relaxing holiday,close to the large pool which was never to busy.A car is a must although its only five minutes drive to Coral bay which has a choice of some excellent restaurants, and a choice of two beaches,all in all a beautiful area to explore.

“Home from home in Peyia”

It was exactly "as it said on the tin". Wonderful location, near beach, shops, facilities, etc. The view from the balcony over the sea was marvellous. The balcony itself was very large and had chairs, table and loungers, etc plus the necessary parasol. The apartment was clean, tidy and well prepared when we arrived and we were given individual codes for key box and safe. It was well equipped with everything needed for a self-catering holiday - even a ringbinder filled with booklets and instructions for all the equipment provided. There were even bottles of water waiting for us when we arrived. Booking was easy via the website and then the owner contacted us by email and telephone on several occasions. It was a very easy, friendly and personal process. Customer service was second to none. I would recommend this apartment, without hesitation, to friends and relatives and to anyone who would want an excellent apartment in the Paphos area.

“Perfect family vacation”

If you want a relaxed invironment, nice little restaurants, clean and nice apartment with a warm pool; Rent this place. You will need a car to go to beaches and to Paphos, but it's worth it. We stayed for 5 weeks and we enjoyed every minute of it. Try the local dishes att the restaurants. The prices are a lot lower than in other areas of Cyprus. We will return some day in the future!

“Ecelent Value - Good location”

We stayed at Apartment 101 in December and found that the apartment was very well located for exploring western Cyprus (actually, you can see the whole island from there if you are happy to travel a bit, as the island is relatively small). Paia is a lovely quiet village on the outskirts of Paphos, so you don't have lots of the big town bustle to worry you, and it includes some really nice shops with essentials etc. There is a lovely pool in the complex, but the beach is just down the road and is wonderful. All in all, for the weekly rate, this is a no brainer.

“A good property in a great location.”

This apartment has only one problem: the huge balcony is so perfect that you may get lazy and spend so much time there that you miss out on some of Cyprus's numerous other attractions. It really does have FULL sun ALL day – even in winter. The location is an ideal base for truly exploring and getting to know the Akamas area.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Nigel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
