Paschali Hills Resort is a brand new stylish luxury development with its panoramic sea views, beautiful landscaped gardens and a view overlooking the out door pool area. The resort is a small privately owned block of several luxury apartments, complete with its own gym, sauna, games room, showers & toilet facilities etc. The stylish property is set on the fringe of traditional Peyia village. Paphos is just a 15 minute drive, along with Coral Bay which has 2 blue flag beaches only a 3 minute drive away. Peyia square is only a 3 minutes drive away or within walking distance of the many bars, bistros, restaurants and tavernas that have lots of local character and are far cheaper than the tourist area of Coral Bay and Paphos Harbour. Peyia village itself there are also numerous shops, supermarkets, fruit market, bakeries, bank, pharmacy, a brand new medical centre and a brand new dentist which I myself have used and found them very good. Places I recommend and well worth a visit are: Vrisi, the Jail, the Grande, the Mill, the Alex Bar, the Brewery, Neo`s Sports Bar and not forgetting the Green Hill Cafe Bar for its fantastic panoramic views of Paphos & Coral Bay, truly amazing and well worth the visit. All of the places mentioned are of real good value and a lot cheaper than the tourist areas of Paphos and Coral Bay. The apartments accommodates up to 8 guests and will appeal to a couple, a family, a group of friends, or even a couple with a baby, as travel cot and a high chair are provided at no extra cost unlike other apartments where you have to hire these at an extra cost to you. If you are looking for a clean and stylish high quality self catering accommodation that is always freshly prepared for all our guests for beach, sun, golf and ski holiday this apartment is the place to be set in an ideal location with its fantastic beautiful uninterrupted panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea. The spacious lounge leads out via patio doors onto a very large furnished beautiful sun terrace with as I mentioned previously, spectacular uninterrupted panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea extending from Paphos Marina to Coral Bay. The sun terrace also over looks the pool, there are sun loungers & sun umbrellas for use around the pool side. The sun terrace is equipped with table and chairs providing seating for 8 people as well as sun loungers and outdoor furniture to relax in style & enjoy a nice glass of wine or enjoy alfresco dinning. There are sun loungers for use on the large sun terrace, towels, linen and bedding are provided. Beach towels are also provided and can be used around the pool area, this will give you more packing allowance in your suit case for those extra items or clothes you wish to take with you. The apartment at Paschali Hills Resort include the use of all the communal facilities including large outdoor swimming pool, poolside showers, poolside sun loungers & sun umbrellas, changing / showering & toilet facilities, indoor showers, sauna, gym, games room, landscaped gardens. The Paphos District

Cyprus is situated at the eastern end, Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean. A former British Colony, it gained independence from the United Kingdom in 1960 and became a Commonwealth republic in 1961. The Republic of Cyprus is a developed country and has been a member of the European Union since 1st May 2014. It adopted the Euro on 1st January 2008.

In 1974, Turkey invaded and occupied one third of the island. This led to the displacement of thousands of Cypriots and the establishment of a separate Turkish Cypriot political entity in the north. This event and its resulting political situation is a matter of ongoing dispute. Cyprus is a divided island - the area under the effective control of the Republic of Cyprus, in the south of the island and the Turkish-occupied area in the north, calling itself the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (recognized only by Turkey)

The capitol of Cyprus is Nicosia (Lefkosia), with the main towns being Larnaca, Limassol (Lemesos), Ayia Napa and Paphos (Pafos). A newly built and real highway connects the capitol and all major towns giving easy access to all.

Paphos international airport is located 8 km (5 miles) from the centre of Paphos, it is the country's second largest airport, (after Larnaca international airport). Paphos airport is commonly used by tourists on holiday in western Cyprus, providing access to popular resorts such as Coral Bay, Limassol, and of course Paphos itself. Due to the increase and volume of passengers travelling to Paphos airport, in May 2006 Hermes Airport Limited took over the construction and development and operation of Larnaca and Paphos airports. There are now newly restructured terminals which opened in November 2008, offering the latest technology in air travel and customer care which welcome guests from all over the world. There are also regular buses that run from the airport to Paphos Harbour, also regular buses to Coral Bay and Peyia etc.

The beautiful Paphos district is formed from many villages along the west coast of Cyprus. The region consists of idyllic countryside, contemporary resorts, historical sites and is steeped in history and surrounded by preserved archaeological sites and many sporting activities along the beautiful coastline of the Mediterranean. Paphos has something for everyone at any time of the year with its all year round Mediterranean climate and warm vibrant culture.

Paphos is considered an all year round holiday destination with over 335 days a year of sunshine. The long summer season is from May to October and temperatures can reach the high 30s(C) sometimes higher in July and August with nearly 12 hours of guaranteed sunshine each day.

The sea temperature can also vary and is always warmer at the end of the summer months having had the sun all through the summer. Sea temperature ranging from January 17 C / 62 F to September 28 C / 84 F

Cyprus is perfect if you are a sun-seeker, adventurer or explorer or just looking for a relaxing holiday with picturesque scenery. Paphos is a holiday for everyone.

For the golf enthusiasts you can choose from 4 very respected golf courses which include the famous 5 star Aphrodite Hills course and Secret Valley. You also have the Minthis Hills Golf course and Elea golf course, all just 10 minutes outside of central Paphos. Just 30 minutes from our apartment.

Paphos town consists of two separate areas, the coastal region and the tourist area newly regenerated and known as Kato-Paphos and the actual town itself known locally as Pano Paphos. The focal point of Kato Paphos is a charming fishing harbour located here, you will also find Pahos Fort and a myriad of tavernas and a area lined with chic street open air cafes, fresh sea food restaurants all serving excellent food and the catch of the day. There are many boat trips, excursions available to book from the harbour allowing you to view the beautiful coastline, you can go shopping by day and lively bars and night clubs at night down the famous bar street.

Peyia Village

The village of Peyia (Pegeia) started life as a typical, small Cypriot village of stone-built houses set up on a gently sloping hillside overlooking the fantastic breathtaking views ot the Mediterranean and Coral Bay Resort only a 3 minute drive away. It is thought that Peyia may have derived its name from a small local harbour that the Venetians called `Bahia`. In the past villagers had to collect their water from the village spring or `Vrisi`. It was here that everyone met, especially the young men of the village who would congregate to watch the young girls collecting water in their red clay pitchers. It is said that to drink the Peyia spring water made the girls beautiful. The vrisi is still visible though little visited except by newly weds, as this is where a great number of wedding ceremonies are now conducted. The Vrisi is in a paved area to one side of the municipal car park in the centre of the village. The village still retains much of its traditional character with its stone Greek village houses and little winding streets built around a very pretty stone built church in the centre of the village square. There you will also find a good selection of cafes, bars, bistros, resaurants, traditional tavernas where you can try the local fish or meat Meze. There you will also find plenty of supermarkets, fantastic bakeries, fruit markets, butchers, a bank there is also a newly built medical centre and a newly built dentist which I myself have used and found them to be real good. Peyia has lots to offer everyone.

Peyia is a peaceful village which has become a haven for British ex-pats and tourists searching for the ideal holiday location looking for a base central to all tourist spots with Coral Bay being only minutes drive away. Peyia village as still retained all of its original charm and still holds on to its strong Cypriot values and ways of life. The locals are real welcoming and you will not be disappointed with all this lovely place has to offer.

“Perfect for family stay — 2 separate apartments but with same balcony”

First of all — balcony has stunning panoramic view — one of the best in Pegia. Balcony has full day shadow from the roof — it is "have to" be on Cyprus. We spent 2 months with 3 children's in 2011 in both apartments and very like our stay. 2 separate apartments was suitable for us with 4-7 years children's — we are always near but have our own area. Building is very safe — at departure we forgot baby chair for car in communal corridor, behind the door. And found it not touched after one year when we came on next year)) Residents was very positive and open for children's. All that you need is in the apartment. It is compact but lovely) To rent this 2 apartments together from the owner is cheaper when most other big family apartments.

1.Poor contact with owner (mail, phone) 2.Distance from apartment to beach was 55 minutes walk (owner sayed that was 15 minutes). 3. The owner didn't return us all deposit- he reduce deposit to bank fee. I payed Him for stay and I must pay bank fee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Response to point (1) As for poor contact with owner this was not the case! I asked the guest to email me instead of by phone due to a language barrier. The guest sent constant emails 1 after another, I replied to all emails with in 1 day some times 2 or 3 depending on how importnat the email was due to the high demand of emails I have to respond to. Reponse to point (2) As for taking 55 minutes to walk to the Beach I dont know what route this guest had taken. My parents and thier friends stay at this apartment regular all of them 60+years of age they some times walk to the Beach. My partner and myself and all our friends stay at the apartment regular we have all walked to the Beach. Response to point (3) I returned the full security deposit also a 10% discount due to the guest not being happy and complaining about everything. There was a £20 fee which was charged to the guest, this was due to the way they wanted to be refunded. There was a Transfer fee from the bank, this would not have happened if they had received the funds another way. All past guests have been happy and loved the apartment and area, some have even re-booked with us the following year. We have even had guests stay who say they have stayed with us because we have been recomended by thier friends who have stayed with us. We run a honest and succesful holiday letting business with many happy guests and realise that we can not always please every individual.
