The England region

The region is known as the sunshine coast because of the large amount of sunshine it receives throughout the year. Pevensey Bay is about a mile from Sovereign Harbour with its waterside restaurants and bars overlooking the beautiful marina. A few miles away is Eastbourne town centre and the train station. The region is a Heritage Town as it is here that William the Conqueror invaded England in 1066.
