Description

TOMBRECK is a beach fronted three bedroom bungalow built in the 1920's. The location is beautiful with magnificent uninterrupted sea views. It has been owned by our family since 1984. The large patio doors at the rear of the house open onto an enclosed shingle garden with a gate straight onto the beach with sand at low tide that allows for long evening walks, sandcastle building and of course swimming, fishing and boating.

Tombreck is a quiet, safe seaside location that is ideal for all families especially ones with young children.

Provisions:

There is a provisions shop not 200 yards away and more extensive shops and restaurants in Pevensey Bay or 2 miles further on in Sovereign Harbour.

Property details :

This is our family holiday home and is decorated to allow for an easy relaxing break for those that visit. There are three comfortable bedrooms and an open plan sitting/dining room which has a nautical theme. There is an eclectic mix of old and new

The England region

Pevensey Bay is one of the best locations in England for sunny fine weather. Pevensey Bay is steeped in history from the Battle of Hastings and the landing of William the Duke of Normandy on 14th October 1066 to more modern day conflicts in the preparation for the Normandy landings in June 1944. There are very many excellent sites to visit that are close enough to only require a short car journey. Eastbourne holds a weekly market on Wednesday for all fresh produce, cheeses, craft and collectable items. There are many antique shops in the area In early August each year Eastbourne hosts 'Airborne' .This magnificent 5 day event is a must as watching all the aircraft ,especially the 'Battle of Britain Memorial Flight' flying low over the sea ,is a truly awesome sight.
