Description

This Superb Apartment is located right on the Beachfront at Pevensey Bay Village. There are unrestricted sea views and direct access to the safe beach. All the amenities of the village are right on your doorstep. The apartment has a modern but stylish seaside theme and is ideally located for families or couples. Free Wi-Fi is included!!

Your own covered private entrance leads to the spacious apartment. The apartment offers a large lounge kitchen diner overlooking the beach. There are french doors that open on to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a long stay including a dishwasher and washing machine. For coffee lovers there is a Magimix coffee machine for Nespresso pods. The beautiful large double room has a King Size bed and ensuite WC. The twin room also has an ensuite WC and both bedrooms have ample storage. The family shower room has a walk in enclosure as well as a WC and wash basin. In front of your private parking area (which can take 2 cars) there is a section of private beach with seating for you alone to relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of something chilled. Within 50m there is a popular restaurant serving lunches and evening meals. Also within a short walk are local shops and grocery stores, pubs and a variety of takeaways. In fact everything you need is on your doorstep should you want to park up and forget the car.

The beach itself offers safe bathing for adults and children and at low tide an expanse of sands reveals itself. The beach is great for watersports and is popular with kitesurfers, windsurfers and paddleboarders.

Within a short drive you can explore the beautiful Sussex countryside including the stunning South Downs National Park. The dramatic cliffs at Beachy Head and The Seven Sisters drop in to the English Channel and further West the Cuckmere River flows into the sea overlooked by the cottages featured in many a film and TV drama.

Away from the coast there are many quaint villages to explore together with Historic Country Houses and Castles. This is 1066 Country after all! Battle and its Abbey and quaint high street is just 20 minutes away.

Eastbourne is just 10 minutes away and offers all that you would expect from a seaside resort. There is great shopping as well a true variety of dining opportunities. Eastbourne hosts the ever popular International Tennis Week and Airbourne, the biggest free air display in the UK. Just 5 minutes away is Pevensey and Westham Railway Station where you can park up and catch a train to Brighton and its fantastic Lanes and many attractions. Or perhaps hop on a train to London (arriving at Victoria) for a day of fun.

Whatever you are looking for from your holiday, be it family fun, total relaxation or sightseeing opportunities the apartment and its location has it all

Seascape is newly listed for this year having been bought by us a few months ago. We live in Pevensey Bay with our daughters just 400m away and love the area. I'm out on the water paddleboarding as much as I can in the waves or paddling for fitness to Eastbourne or Bexhill. We already own the extremely popular Wendy House in Eastbourne so are not new to holiday letting. We love to be hands on with our guests bookings and feel the personal touch makes a big difference.

All contact is directly with myself. I do not use a management company feeling the personal touch goes a long way! Prior to your stay I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the booking,Seascape or perhaps offer suggestions about days out, restaurants etc. I will always try and meet you personally upon arrival and will be on hand to answer any queries or deal with maintenance issues during your stay. I can be as involved as much or as little as you would like.

Smoking is strictly forbidden. Should you wish to smoke please do so outside, perhaps on the private beach area.
A lovely couple live in the apartment below and would you please respect their privacy and right to a peaceful existence. Please keep noise to a sensible level, particularly in the evening and if returning to Seascape late at night.
Only park on the private parking area.

“Like home from home”

We spent a wonderful relaxed week at this lovely spacious apartment. The beach themed decor throughout the apartment is bright & tasteful and it has been thoughtfully equipped with everything you need while staying here. You couldn't wish for a better location right on the beach with stunning views from the living room & balcony. We would highly recommend this apartment & thank Tim for his warm welcome & professional handling of the booking.
