Description

Villa Lagon Vert or Green Lagoon is a contemporary three bedroom property located within the residential private estate called Domaine du Levant in Cul de Sac.

The villa boasts astonishing views over the lagoon and the Atlantic ocean. Lagon Vert is a very short drive to the beach in Petit Cul de Sac, to the hotels such as Hotel Barthélémy, Hotel Guanahani and Hotel Sereno.

The modern style property boasts two pools, one with a view over the sea and the other one by the garden and two large terraces.Around the pools, guests can relax on the sun loungers and enjoy a BBQ area.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen which connects to the living room and opens on both sides with large glass windows to the pools and the view. Next to the living room, a TV room with a large HDTV screen with the US satellite and a large sofa.

Three equal size bedrooms with modern interior design consist of an ensuite bathroom with a rain head shower and a toilet, a split King size bed available as two twin beds option.

All bedrooms have the air conditioning, a fan and a safe.

Daily fresh bread and pastries delivery at the villa and free and unlimited access to Form Fitness gym in Lurin, (these offers are applicable during high season only from December 15th to April 14th)

How do damage deposits work?
