Cerro Pampa Cottages located at our country horse ranch in Petaluma, just 10 minutes from the historic downtown area in Northern CA. It is a wonderful space, perfect to host company retreats, family reunion or group vacation. The serene property features 4 separate cottages, providing both privacy & beauty with accommodations for 24+ guests. There are large outdoor areas including BBQs and a tennis court. Please ask about our lower nightly minimums for companies.
This listing is all four (4) separate cottages located on our Cerro Pampa Polo horse ranch. Between all four cottages, there are a total of 9 bedrooms, with 17 beds, 6 bathrooms & 3 kitchens. You will find each Cottage described below.
The Dairy House
This is our spacious cottage located in the center of our ranch. It has tall ceilings, a cozy living room, an open dining area and a modern kitchen. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and a gas range stove with oven. There is a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker and a garbage disposal. There is a Weber BBQ just outside for grilling. The living area is open and comfy, a great place to unwind or watch a family movie. This room has French doors that open up to the outside area. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms along with an outdoor shower. The entire Dairy house has plantation style shutters over the windows which keep the house cool inside.
The master bedroom has a king bed.
The second bedroom has a queen bed.
The third bedroom has a bunk bed with (2) twins along with another separate twin bed.
The master bathroom with a shower is accessible from the master room only.
The 2nd bathroom has a shower with a tub.
The outdoor shower is attached to the Dairy House.
The Bunk House
This is a great space with beautiful lighting providing two additional bedrooms and one bathroom. The living room has a spacious sitting area with large sliding glass doors that lead to an outdoor patio area. There is no kitchen in the Bunk House unit. There is a mini fridge for guest use. The Bunk House is approximately 150 feet away, across the open backyard space.
The first room has a queen bed.
The second room has a twin over a full-size bunk bed.
One bathroom with shower
The Saddle House
A lovely cottage located in the far corner of our ranch. The Saddle house has two bedrooms and one bathroom with a tub and shower. It has a comfy living room, a large dining area, and a full kitchen. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and a gas range stove with oven. There is a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There is a wonderful outside porch with lounge chairs and space to entertain. There is a Weber BBQ for outside grilling.
The Saddle house has blinds to keep the house cool inside.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a daybed.
The second bedroom has twin over a full-size bunk bed.
The bathroom has a shower with a tub.
The Farm House.
The Farm House is a charming renovated 100-year house located in the front of our ranch. It is colorful and inviting inside with plenty of space and tall ceilings. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 large living rooms, a dining area with a spacious table and a full kitchen. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and a gas range stove with oven. There is a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker. There is also a washer and dryer in the Farmhouse for guest use. Outside spaces provide a great fenced area with lounge chairs and space to entertain.
The master bedroom has a queen bed.
The second bedroom has two (2) twin beds and a bunk bed with two (2) twin beds.
The master bathroom has a separate shower and tub.
The 2nd bathroom has a large shower.
The Outdoor space between all four cottages is extensive. There is a very large open backyard that the Dairy House and Bunkhouse share. There is outdoor furniture to hang out and relax along with a fire pit and a non-regulation Bocce Ball court. Just over a small bridge is the Saddle house with its own outdoor area which includes a wonderful outside porch with lounge chairs and space to entertain. There is a Weber BBQ for outside grilling. The Farmhouse provides a wonderful fenced area with lounge chairs and space to entertain.
