Villa Alla Marginetta is a luxury Villa set on 6 acres of land and forest and has recently been refurbished to the highest standards. Perfect for families or groups. It has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms with a spacious comfortable living and dining rooms. We have just added a new open put fire which is a real hit with guest, there are also 2 Gazebo's, one by the Pool and the other near the open fire in upper garden. The large totally fitted kitchen has an island bar for casual eating and relaxing. The lower level has a Tavern bar which leads onto the Villa lower grounds, plus washing machine & laundry area. The villa now has a new beautiful 12x6 large Meter pool with large Gazebo & it is completely fenced in compliance with EU laws. There is also a nice play area for Children, including bikes and games. 3 minutes drive from Alla Marginetta are the lovely villages of San Rocco and Focchia. A further 5 mins on from San Rocco is the picturesque town of Pescaglia. Continuing from Focchia is the quaint town of Fabbriche di Vallico.. There are lovely local restaurants in close proximity of the Villa. The area is great for fishing and mountain/hill walking or just chilling. The garden is landscaped very tastefully and gives you total privacy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mairead (the owner) a message.

If Mairead (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
