Description

The Beach House is the perfect place for friends and families to spend their holidays. Quiet enough for you to enjoy peace and tranquility away from the town, but close to all the night life and bars. Internet and Wi-fi access is provided for your convenience.

The villa is as close to the sea as you can get without being in it! It is fully equipped to a very high standard including air conditioning and central heating throughout, 10 x 5 metre pool with steps in the shallow end. The pool is open all year round. There is a gas barbecue available for your use and gas bottles can be purchased in the village stores.

The front door opens into a large open plan living area comprising the lounge; dining area and kitchen. There are full length windows at the back of the open plan living area that offer magnificent views over the pool and down to the sea. The floors and stairway are made of Italian Marble. The lounge and dining area are tastefully furnished with modern furnishings including a 50 inch wall mounted plasma TV. The kitchen has all the conveniences that you would expect from a luxury villa including built in oven and microwave.

On the ground level there is a utility room where you will find a washing machine and tumble drier. There is also a large stainless steel sink unit for hand washing if required.

There is a WC on the ground level.

Bedroom 1 is on the ground level and is fitted with a king size bed. This room has its own en suite shower room and WC. The bedroom has full length glass sliding doors which open out onto a small patio area where there is a table for two, ideal for sitting and watching the sun go down in the evenings.

The glass sliding doors from the open plan living area lead out to a large covered veranda and patio for those who like to sit in the shade. The garden furniture includes an 8 seater table and chairs, loungers, pool side table and hammock; there is a poolside shower with hot and cold water, a gas brick built barbecue and an outdoor sink. The pool measures 10 x 5m. Steps from the pool area lead down into the garden area from which you can walk onto the beach and swim in the warm Mediterranean Sea.

From the main living area, you walk up the marble staircase to the upper level. The staircase is lit by a crystal chandelier and natural light also shines in through a hand made stained glass window .

The upper level comprises of three double bedrooms.

The Master Bedroom Suite opens out onto a large balcony from which there are spectacular views of the sea. There is a table and two chairs on the balcony.

There is a king size bed and a walk in wardrobe. There is also a wall mounted 42 inch plasma TV and DVD

The Master bedroom opens into the master bathroom which has marble walls and floors; there is a marble double sink unit and a double shower which has a flood shower head as well as the normal wall shower. This bathroom also has a bath with an overhead shower and a WC. A hairdryer and hair straighteners are provided for your convenience.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom has windows that look out to the pool and the sea. It is furnished with built in wardrobes and has two single beds which can also be zipped together to create a king size bed.

Bedroom 4

This bedroom has windows that look out to the front of the house. It is furnished with built in wardrobes and has two single beds which can also be zipped together to create a king size bed.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom which has been fitted to an exceptionally high standard. There is a bath, shower, WC and sink unit.

All rooms are air conditioned and free of charge.

Towels for use in the house are supplied and guests are asked to provide your own towels for outdoor use.

High broadband computer Internet and wireless connection is available free of charge.

Many streamed UK live TV channels, including Sky sports, BBC and ITV free of charge. There is also a movie channel and catch up TV.

Private car parking is provided in the carport at the side of the Beach House.

Cots and High Chairs can be provided for a small additional charge and the cost will be made available on request.

Welcome packs can be provided on request to include any groceries you would like to have waiting for your arrival. The cost of the welcome pack is dependent on what is ordered and is payable direct to the property manager on receipt of invoice/receipt.

“Amazing Sea View”

We have just returned from our 3rd family holiday at the Beach House. The villa had everything we needed and more for our extended family. The location is idyllic and the sea view is amazing, car hire is advisable as the nearest shop and bar are approx 15minutes walk along the Beach. The highlight of our days, at the Beach House have been having all our family meals altogether, on the veranda with the fabulous sea views. My boys spent most of the day, either in the swimming pool or playing in the sea, which is at the end of the garden. The villa was fully equipped and very clean on our arrival. Roy & Jane were at hand to answer any quiries or solve problems we had during our stay. Our only disappointment is that we can't return August 2018 as the Beach House has already been booked. We hope to return in future years, as the Beach House is by far the best Villa we have stayed in, in Cyprus that accomadates all our families holiday requirements.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
